Located on the quiet inlet side of Inverloch, this two level, freshly renovated home is perfect for a family getaway! Ocean views and just a short walk to the dog friendly beach and bustle of town centre. With the Broadbeach Inverloch Health Club close by and plenty of beautiful walks, there is an activity for all!

Ground floor features 2 Bedrooms. First bedroom with 1 queen bed, the second bedroom has 2 king single beds. A spacious living area fitted with a large fold-out sofa bed, TV and reverse cycle air-conditioning. Access to laundry and bathroom amenities. Sizable, secure, dog-friendly (pets limited to ground level only) backyard with outdoor furniture and BBQ.

Upstairs features 2 Bedrooms with queen beds and closet space. A complete kitchen and bathroom, as well as a second living space, TV and reverse cycle AC. Outdoor balcony to enjoy a sunset view of Andersons Inlet.

Private parking and street parking available.

Strictly No Schoolies, private guests only.

Relaxing stay

The location of this home was terrific. Close to the beach. It was great to take our dog on a holiday with our family and friends. We had everything we needed for a relaxing beach holiday.

A beautiful week by the beach

This house has rooms upstairs and down, meaning teens can have some space from the oldies. Very comfortable home only a skip away from the beach. Suited our 3 generations of family perfectly!

Great Location

Clean and bright house. The separate downstairs would work best for older children. Super short walk to beach.

Great little get away

It is configured great for teenage kids or two separate families with downstairs completely independent of upstairs. Our teenagers loved having their own space - and the adults appreciated this also. Great balcony. Small kitchen but had everything you need. Anyway you are on holiday so go out for dinner - just remember to book ahead as things at Inverloch get booked out

Misrepresentation of property

Ceiling air vent in living area popped out (had been stuck on using 2-sided tape).Storm water not connected properly so a swamp has formed near back door downstairs. Dog enjoyed it… very gross!Only sunlight in downstairs twin bedroom (which was not made up for us…no sheets available) came through glass door which had no blind/covering. Zero privacy. No windows for ventilation Kitchen- not one platter, decent knife, can opener, salad bowl, Tupperware container, 2 tea towels only, no dishwashing liquid…Frypan warpedNo large saucepan if you want to say, boil some pasta. Just one small-medium saucepan. Dishwasher the smallest we’d ever seen and didn’t do its job.No turntable in the microwaveAnts on kitchen bench to greet us on arrivalNo clothes dryer and the Hills Hoist is broken and just a few meagre cobwebby pegsNo wifiVeneer flooring lifting up in downstairs bedroomUncovered EXTERNAL stairs between 2 levels. Advertising failed to mention this- very difficult for our 2 elderly guests. OUTSIDE bathroom/laundry/toilet downstairs. No bathmat. No laundry powder (just for a complimentary first wash). Smallest shower space we’d ever seen. Unusable so all used the upstairs shower Zero closet space/hangers. Need to live out of suitcases and boxes 2 single beds downstairs hadn’t been made up nor were there sheets provided as hosts had “presumed” our sleeping arrangements and decided we’d only need 3 of the 4 bedrooms!More to say but no room. Wouldn’t recommend
