The room was beautiful as were the amenities, we were not able to enjoy the beach as it was a double red flag the day we got there and then had to leave for a family issue but it was well kept.

There was plenty of room. We had extra blankets in the closets for use. The view was beautiful. The starter pack for the washer and dishwasher was great. The parking was difficult with small spaces and you’re not allowed to hang towels on the balcony were the only things that we weren’t a fan of. We would stay here again!

Everything was amazing with the exception of our code getting changed half way through our stay. We weren’t not told the new code for 4 hours and needed it to access the pool or beach.

Thank you for your feedback and for sharing your experience. We’re so glad to hear everything else about your stay was amazing, but we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the access code being changed during your visit. We understand how frustrating that must have been, especially when trying to access the pool and beach, and we regret the delay in providing the updated code. Your comments are very important to us, and we will review our communication procedures to help ensure this does not happen again in the future. We truly appreciate your patience and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a completely seamless stay next time.
