Main Level
Guests can expect a large, fully-stocked kitchen to prepare and serve meals! Included is a fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, and island seating. There are THREE separate tables to accommodate guests. There is also a television and a large gathering area with multiple sofas and chairs, allowing guests to gather together or split up to visit or relax. One of the couches converts to a full bed. There is plenty of additional seating on the balcony. There is also a 3/4 bathroom by the kitchen. Guests can enjoy the best views of Bear Lake, while simply sitting on the couch or eating breakfast.

Nearby the front door (and away from all the other bedrooms) is a bedroom with a king and twin bunk bed. This room has an en-suite bathroom. Down a hallway near the living room there are three additional bedrooms. The first is a bedroom with two sturdy twin bunk beds (bottom bunks roll out so guests can lay to the side of the upper bunk instead of directly underneath). The next bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bathroom. The last bedroom on this level is the luxury master suite. This bedroom has incredible views of Bear Lake, fireplace, television, and additional seating that converts to a twin bed. Not to mention the large en-suite bathroom with large windows to enjoy the Caribbean of the Rockies, right from the bathtub!

Upstairs
The loft has a couch (again, fantastic view of Bear Lake from this spot!), a full bathroom and a bedroom with a king bed and twin bunk bed.

Basement
Guests can access to the hot tub and patio from this level. The living room has a television, comfortable seating (one full couch bed and one twin couch bed), foosball and ping pong tables, and arcade.

There are two bedrooms downstairs to accommodate guests; the first has two queen beds and the other has one king bed. Two bathrooms are also downstairs.

Outdoors
Private hot tub, BBQ grill, plenty of seating, large lawn, shade trees, and private sandy beach access! Gather around the firepit by the shore, grill some dinner on the deck, and spend the evening relaxing in the private hot tub after a day of recreating in Bear Lake! Guests may consider bringing their own beach/hot tub towels, as there are a limited amount at the home.

No steep hills or neighborhoods to navigate through; this home is easily accessible from Bear Lake Boulevard!
