KITCHEN/DINING:

We have intentionally stocked this kitchen with everything you`ll need to make your favorite meals while on vacation! Top-of-the-line appliances & the open floor plan make the kitchen and living areas one of our home`s most popular gathering places! Everything is included from the crockpot to the BBQ Grill!

LIVING ROOM:

The living room is set up to be the perfect place to gather as family or friends. The large and comfortable couches provide plenty of seating, and the large Smart TV provides easy access to entertainment. The natural light that comes in through the large windows creates an open and airy feeling, and lets you enjoy the view of the turquoise blue lake!

BEDROOMS:

We know that you`ll be exhausted after spending all day exploring Bear Lake, so we`ve furnished our bedrooms with high-quality mattresses so you can get the rest you need each night! There are two master bedrooms. One on the main floor which has access to the main floor bathroom. The second master is downstairs to the left with its own ensuite bathroom and KING bed. The other two bedrooms are downstairs to the right in the daylight basement one being a bunk room with 6 twins and the other having a queen mattress.

CLUBHOUSE:

The HOA clubhouse across the street offers a pool and hot tub, couches, a dining table, foosball, a pool table, extra toilets, and a large shower for both men and women. The community pool and hot tub also have a large grass area in the commons with a playset.

PARKING:

Our driveway accommodates two vehicles (or three compact ones), with additional space for two to four vehicles on the gravel to the left side of the home, depending on size. Please note that the garage is not accessible for guest use, but there’s ample parking available nearby for your convenience. Our HOA also offers overflow parking for extra vehicles and trailers on a first-come, first-served basis. With plenty of parking options, you can bring all your outdoor toys and trailers without worrying about space!

LOCATION:

You can`t beat the location with this house being a short walk to several restaurants and the main grocery store(Mikes Market). This home is across the street (1-minute walk) from the clubhouse and pool--open during the summer. It is within walking distance of the city beach, but the most popular beaches are Rendezvous Beach (11 miles away) and North Beach (17 miles away). The Bear Lake Marina is a 5-minute walk away. Dirt Bikers and ATV enthusiasts have direct access to Cache National Forest trails. Beaver Mountain Ski Resort is short 13 miles away. No matter what time of year you visit us, we are confident you will be surrounded by plenty of activities to keep you busy!

Note: This home is part of the Lockwood HOA and includes access to seasonal amenities like a pool, hot tub, sun loungers, and clubhouse. The clubhouse features a game area with pool table, foosball, and children’s games, plus a separate space with seating and a treadmill! Open from Memorial weekend to Labor Day weekend yearly.
