An upgraded contemporary villa with private pool and hot tub plus games / theatre room. The home has been thoughtfully furnished with two living areas and two master bedrooms as well as themed rooms for the children, ensuring a luxurious stay for all. Offering an open view with no rear neighbors, the home is located within High Grove Resort just 6 miles from Disney.

The main living area has comfortable sofa seating with large screen TV. A secondary living area is located at the front of the home providing plenty of space to spread out and relax. The kitchen has been updated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, with everything you may need to cater for your family (including Keurig and regular coffee maker). There is breakfast bar seating or a bright dining area to share a meal together.

This home boasts two king bedrooms, both sophisticatedly decorated. The spacious primary room offers it’s own peaceful sitting area, a walk-in closet and large ensuite bathroom – there are two other bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs. As well as a queen bedroom, there are two themed bedrooms that the children will love – one Marvel superhero room, the other Disney princesses.

The private pool area backs onto an open grassy area with no rear neighbors, creating your own private oasis. Splash around in the crystal clear pool, soak up the sun on the loungers or sink into the hot tub and relax. Pool/spa heating available at an additional cost. There is a shaded covered area with patio table and chairs, lit with string lights for a cozy atmosphere at night. The space also includes a TV to enjoy while outside.
BBQ rental available: 3 burner $89 per week / 4 burner $99 per week incl tank of propane (needs to be ordered 7+ days in advance - BBQs not stored at the home)

Don’t forget about the fantastic games and theatre room! The space features a full size pool table and home cinema with movie theater seats and 75” smart TV. There is also an arcade machine where you can challenge each other for the highest score.

High Grove Resort is a popular base for vacationers due to its premium facilities and superb location close to the crossing of Highways 27 and 192. The gated community is peaceful and well cared for – the clubhouse is within walking distance and offers a variety of guest amenities for your enjoyment. As well as the community pool and spa there is a fitness center, cyber cafe with printing facilities, pool table, free wireless hot spot and arcade room. Just across from the clubhouse is a children's playground with mini golf. An abundance of shopping and dining options are in short driving distance, including a large Walmart less than a mile away. Disney is 15-20 minutes drive, Universal and Sea World to the north, and Legoland to the south, are approximately a 30 minutes drive. For the keen golfers, Highlands Reserve, Championsgate and Orange County are all nearby.
