My return visit here was just as impressive as the first time around! The location is perfect, with plenty of nearby attractions and amenities. The property itself is gorgeous, just like the pictures. Overall, I'm happy to give it another 5-star review - it's a must-visit destination!

We had a lovely stay at this condo, which was very conveniently located in Fajardo. Fajardo is the perfect launching point for visits to Culebra, Vieques, and the El Yuque rain forest. It is decorated in a modern way. The property is very clean, has a washer and drier with detergent, and plenty of beach towels. There is one room that has 2 bunk beds that can thus sleep 4 people. There are two other rooms with full sized beds. Thus, this place can comfortably sleep 6 people. There are two full bathrooms. There is a clothes drying rack on the porch. Paola, our contact, gave us very clear instructions on getting into the property and was very responsive by text. There were a couple extra things that I thought could make the property better (like silicone spatulas instead of metal) and she was very open to that kind of suggestion. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Puerto Rico.

Great location. Check in was somewhat annoying and frustrating that I couldn't add a name after I arrived and only had 7 names submitted when I pay for 8. But the host was able to work it out. BTW it is a property admin policy issue, not the host. She was great!!!

New Love for Puerto Rico

This condo was just as described and pictured. It worked perfectly for us, 2 adult couples. The light switches were a little tricky, but we got it figured out. A couple led lights were burnt out, we let them know and they had a handyman come and replace them that same day.Just as a reminder for all renters everywhere…please leave the washing machine door open after use to air it out so the moisture doesn’t get trapped in there and cause mold to grow. We had to clean the washer before use. The beds were very comfortable! I know everyone likes a different kind of firmness, but these mattresses were perfect! The best sleep I’ve had and I didn’t wake up with any backaches.The hot water in the hallway bathroom shower wasn’t very hot. But we figured out if you run the hot water at the sink, then the hot water stayed warmer in the shower. It’s personal preference but felt good on a sunburn. Otherwise the other shower worked fine. We would still stay here again. It was a great place for us, great location, the pool was refreshing, great views! We look forward to visiting Puerto Rico again!

Aspectos negativos: Limpieza y comunicación
Overall, I wouldn’t return. Something gross and sticky was left on the bedroom floor. Owner didn’t apologize for the lack of cleanliness - just thanked me for cleaning it up myself. The entire time we stayed, the stench of the marina was over powering. My kids wouldn’t spend any time outdoors as a result (ie pool). Other than being so close to the horrible smelling marina, location was ok. We were able to keep the whole apartment comfortable enough by keeping the AC only all day in the bedrooms and doors open. Owner left an appetizer tray of meat/cheese which was a nice touch. No dishwasher (missing), delayed communication in general by owner. Mattresses were too soft. No cleaning products left for us to clean after ourselves. Washing machine horribly moldy - was nervous to use it because didn’t want it to get on my clothes. Did appreciate plenty of towels along with cooler and beach chairs left for us to use.
