Asequible, hermoso y espacioso apartamento de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños con una piscina privada y un patio acogedor. Internet WIFI, TV por cable, reproductor de DVD, sillas de playa, refrigerador de playa, parrilla eléctrica exterior, lavandería con lavadora y secadora.
Las sábanas son 400 amenazas más, cocina espaciosa totalmente equipada.
Master tiene una cama king size, 2 habitaciones con litera con 2 camas individuales y 1 colchón completo.
Pac n play y trona disponibles.
Una variedad de juegos de mesa para esos días lluviosos.
*** El condominio duerme cómodamente 10 personas pero después de 6 personas hay un cargo adicional de $ 150. 00 por persona.
El complejo Palma vista tiene 2 piscinas y un bonito parque infantil, y un ambiente muy relajante. Ubicado justo al otro lado de la calle de la playa Seven (unos 50 segundos). Hay muchos restaurantes e instalaciones de alquiler deportivo.
La ubicación de Palma vista está cerca de todo: como el Ferry (10 minutos de viaje) que lleva a otras islas como Vieques y Culebra, a 20 minutos de nuestra selva tropical El Yunke, a 10 minutos de la playa de Luquillo, a menos de 3 minutos a pie de la bahía de luminiscencia , A 5 minutos en coche de las Croabas, allí puedes alquilar un barco catamarán que incluye bebidas y comida, a 15 minutos de Carabali, a caballo con hermosos paisajes de playa, río o montaña, también puedes alquilar cuatro pistas con el mismas rutas y paisajes, también a 2 minutos a pie del faro de Fajardo, entre otras muchas cosas que hacer y lugares a donde ir.

Amazing vacation in an excellent location! Cannot boast enough about this condo. Pictures of the inside do not do it justice. Very spacious, clean, well laid out and safe feeling. In all, it seemed like only about 5-6 other residents were occupying other units. The complex is all walled in with barbs at the top of the walls to prevent intruders. Pool is great. Can walk immediately to multiple restaurants and beaches. Highly recommend. If I had to nit pick, would like to warn that the oven is broken so only has toaster oven and beds and pillows were very hard but neither of those things took away from the magic of the vacation!

dirty and falling apart rusted beach chairs cold water bad ac 2 days . not as described at all

the property manager was rude and never available no simple things like toilet paper or trash bags available i know it’s not a hotel but u charged extra 150 per person over 5 people so u had party of 11 . that’s 6 extra people at 150 each and u give us 1/2 roll toilet paper and 1 trash bag , 3 towels for us all to share . we were told there would be extra cot and extra blankets there was nothing extra . everything falling apart old and not updated since 80.ies . complex was nice but this unit was a disaster. . dirty floors dust everywhere . not maintaining properly at all . manager never showed her face even once. . towel rack fell off wall when towel hung on it had duct tape holding together. . i kid you not . also no hot water all all luke warm at best . save your money people this was a terrible experience the only good part was tito the singer was next door . his u it was beautiful this unit is just nasty lots of potential . i mean beach chairs were covered in rust a tetanus shot waiting to happen . save your money please don’t make my mistake . complex is nice but this condo needs major cleaning and updating done new management

Perfect place for our stay

We really loved our stay in Puerto Rico and this location was super. So close to the beach, and to all the things we were doing! The condo was clean, and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for when we did our breakfasts and lunches, and close to a lot of local cuisine restaurants. The fans were great to keep us comfortable so only one of our group used the in room air conditioner. Hot water was terrific and the beach equipment made the trip so perfect.

Great place close to Seven Seas Beach.

This was a great place to rent. After our flight to Puerto Rico got canceled and couldn’t be rescheduled for a few days, Tere was so kind and considerate and even offered to extend our stay if we could extend our return flight (which we couldn’t). The location was so beautiful just across the street from the ocean, very secure and safe. The condo was spacious and perfect for our needs. It was a bit dusty, dirty, sandy and dated in some aspects but sufficient for what we needed. It was great to be able to rest after activities or even to leave part of the group home all the rest of us walked across the street to snorkel or swim. It was told there were “two exclusive pools” on the property besides the one in the backyard, but it wasn’t quite accurate. The pool in the backyard is well-maintained and perfect for young children just women as a pool the size of a hot tub. The complex “pools” across the parking lot is one private-pool size and the “childrens pool” connects the the other but is the size of a small hot tub so I wouldn’t have considered that an actual pool. There are plenty of beach amenities at the house including beach umbrella, beach chairs, and beach towels which was really nice. We would definitely be willing to book here again.

We could not have asked for a nicer place or the people who managed the property. The private pool is the best! We had an opportunity to meet the owner as well. Such a really nice man. Fajardo is wonderful. The people,so hospitable and warm everywhere. The beaches and the food were exceptional. Top to bottom 5:stars. We look forward to staying there again.

Prefect location

Great location near some incredible beaches and great restaurants all within walking distance. Was not in a highly touristy area but San Juan is only a short drive away.(less than an hour) Also convenient to some great activities like El Yunque rainforest, snorkeling, fishing charters, lighthouse, kayaking and bio luminescent pool. We had a great time! Would definitely return.

Puerto Rico is disappointing

Apartment is ok. Shower still had shampoo/conditioner/soap from last guests and hair in the tub So I would guess it was not cleaned before we got there. “Sunken Pool” aka hot tub with a broken heater - was too cold to get in in the evening hours. We were told there was no heater but we saw it and it just didn’t work. It was ridiculous to wear a mask while walking anywhere in the apartment complex - less than a 10 sec walk to the pool and we were stalked by the HOA owner to wear the mask, even inside the pool area. Also To the car, right outside the apartment. Just completely ridiculous! Just for that, I wouldn’t recommend this apartment. You feel like a prisoner inside the walls of the complex. The location is just ok - the trailer park right by it is a sight for sore eyes. Seven seas beach is dirty with trash literally everywhere! Bottles, cans, glass, paper trash. Also Pretty much sums up Puerto Rico in general - trash all over the place! Seems no one cares enough to actually use trash cans to simply throw trash away. Instead they just throw it along the side of the roads and beaches. If you even call it beaches, really it’s just shore lines. We have been to several different beaches and these were by far the worst. I would NOT use the word “pristine” for any of the beaches. We did try several different ones and they were all the same. Locals were rude everywhere we went - local restaurants around the apartment were either just always closed or some closed by 7pm. So getting dinner was hard. We had to drive to chain places that were open (Wendy’s, Dominos, etc) places you don’t really want to eat on vacation. 2 different local restaurants (we went at 5pm) forgot my 7 year olds meal and didn’t seem to even care or make it right. We were so disappointed over all in Puerto Rico and we will never go back!

Perfect!!

We visit PR often and have stayed at many different places. This is by far the best and most comfortable stay we have had. The apt is ideal, spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated and well located. 7 Seas beach is right across the street, the kids loved being able to just walk over. Pool is well maintained as are the grounds. The host was always available, and helped us with any question we had. Check in process was a breeze, and entering/exiting complex was trouble free. We have stayed at other condos in the area and always had so much trouble getting checked in / out every time we entered or left the apt. This apt was ideal, comfortable, spotless and we enjoyed every moment. Can't wait to come back and stay again, Safe Travels! Bobby A. Rockaway Beach, NY

Great place

Apartment is fully furnished and very conveniently located right in front of the public beach. You just need to bring your clothes and personal items, the apartment has everything else. The patio jacuzzi was perfect for evening drinks and relaxing with the family. Recommended 100%

We enjoyed our trip to Puerto Rico with entire family. Accomodations were good and location was great. We walked to various beaches and were an easy drive to other beaches, San Juan, rain forest, Luquillo kiosks and ferry.

Lovely apartment in perfect location

The apartment is well maintained and nicely furnished. The back patio and small pool are perfect for evening relaxation. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pots & pans, etc and the bathrooms are modern and clean. The pool at the complex is excellent, as is the parking. The beach is right across the street and it’s only a short drive into Fajardo for the grocery store, pharmac, etc. This will be my apartment of choice every time we come to Fajardo for vacation!

Nice, convenient located condo

Condo easy to find. Well furnished and as advertised. Pool area immaculate and someone was always seen doing maintenance in complex. Only issue was note on dishwasher not to use ( would have liked with 6 people) and electric coffee maker was broke, which owner replaced. My family enjoyed our first trip to Puerto Rico.

Incredible Family Stay

I will preface this with the fact that i have stayed at - at least 20 different condo's all over Luquillo and Fajardo.....This by far was the best! Not that the others were not great - but this just really fit our family perfect! The amenities within the property, the decor, location (of course being at Seven Seas Beach - and so close to grocery and Luquillo Beach). Really could not ask for more. The sleeping situations - AC THROUGHOUT (not just bedrooms) - wonderful WiFi (which is just part of our world now). Cannot say thank you enough and HIGHLY recommend to anyone.

Was nice

The house was very nice and welcoming. They let us check in early which was very nice and let us check out late as well!!! 😃 The back porch was a nice feature. The hot tub wasn't working and we only stayed 2 nights so that was a real bummer. The air conditioner in the main part of the house wasn't working either but they fixed it the next day but then it wasn't adjustable so it was very cold. We shut it off to warm it up a little in the house but then it wouldn't come on again. It we overall a nice stay despite the problems.
