This modern unit, in one of Sun Peaks newest complexs is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, top floor unit. Situated on the 15th fairway, with unobstructed views of Mount Morrisey, The Valley and Todd Mountain that can be enjoyed from the large windows, the spacious balcony, and is positioned to enjoy the picturesque sunsets. Located along the East Village Ski Way and next to the Nordic center and trails, this unit is in a prime location for ski-in and ski-out.
The unit has a bright and welcoming open concept design. The elegant kitchen comes fully equipped with dishware and cookware essentials including an air fryer and a breakfast bar that can seat 4, opens to a dining area with an extendable table that can seat 10 with its 8 chairs and the bar stools that conveniently can be lowered for additional seating, and a living room with a large corner sectional to seat 6 in front of the gas fireplace. In the primary bedroom guests can find a work desk with monitor, complete with the ability to stream your favorite streaming sites to also function as a TV. Additionally, this unit comes with the following amenities: a ski boot heater/drying rack & ski storage in the garage along with bench seating for the whole family to get ready together before hitting the slopes, complimentary Wi-Fi, TV, a washer and dryer, and a BBQ. This unit has a private hot tub with 8 seats to enjoy and relax in after a nice day on the mountain!

Ski-out:
To ski-out walk to the West end of the complex, you will be back on the Powder Heights ski in-out trail, and the East Village Ski Way where you are a short ski to both the Orient and Morrisey Chairlifts.
Walking:
Village Centre Shops, Restaurants, and Cafes 19-22 minutes
Village Day Lodge 23-26 minutes
Skating Rink 17-20 minutes
In-Resort Shuttle:
