Welcome to Echo Landing 35, a charming 3-bedroom/2-bathroom townhome perfect for a memorable vacation in Sun Peaks Resort.
This lovely townhome features a spacious living room that flows seamlessly into the kitchen and dining area, creating an ideal space for entertaining. High ceilings and large windows provide stunning views of Mt. Morrisey, and the private balcony offers an amazing view of Sundance Mountain's runs, perfect for enjoying while in the hot tub.
The living room is designed for relaxation with a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV above the fireplace and ample seating. The open-concept layout ensures that everyone can gather comfortably, whether in the living room or the dining area. The full kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, and the open design allows you to enjoy the beautiful mountain views even while preparing your morning coffee - or your afternoon aprés!
The private balcony is a highlight, offering not only breathtaking views but also a private hot tub where you can unwind after a day of outdoor activities. This property has up to 2 parking spaces available. There is room for 1 vehicle in the garage (suitable for a car or small SUV), and 1 vehicle directly outside of the garage in front of the property.
Bedding, towels, basic kitchenware, soaps (dish, laundry, shampoo, etc), coffee filters and complimentary coffee pouches, and all paper products (toilet paper, paper towel, tissues) are included in rental.
Additional rules
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your personal email 8 days prior to your arrival (personal email must be provided after your booking is accepted). This is required as our damage policy covers more things than a standard 3rd party site damage policy.
* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.
* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.
* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.
* Large adult group bookings may require additional damage deposits. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.
* Property is strictly non-pet friendly and non-smoking (tobacco, nicotine, marijuana, vaping, etc.). Evidence of either will incur penalties.
