Selwyn Buckhorn Lakehouse

Surrounded by trees, its exterior blends within nature. Inside, having two kitchens, TV, five bedrooms, and three bathrooms creates a comfortable atmosphere. Windows frame in each room with picturesque scenes, inviting the outdoors into every room. Outside, a barbecue with an area to relax while enjoying the air. Nearby, a fire pit serves as a point for gatherings, offering warmth on cool nights .The private dock follows to the water, a gateway to adventures or a peaceful spot for star gazing.

Within each bedroom, there are windows that bring out the beautiful nature to fulfill the rooms with natural sunlight. All bedrooms come with a queen size bed. 1 bedroom with bunk beds and another bedroom with 2 beds inside. Upstairs bedrooms come with closets and room to store belongings. 2 bathrooms for upstairs and 1 bathroom downstairs.

Other than storage room in the downstairs kitchen ( door is locked at all times) using all rooms everywhere else is allowed. Boat house is also allowed for use but must be kept clean so animals do not get attracted.

Our gas station is located at 2093 Buckhorn Road. Basic needs can be bought there

使用済みのベッドリネンをすべて剥がす、使用済みのタオルをまとめておく、エキストラベッドを収納する
私物を持ち帰る、食べ残しや飲み残しを捨てる、ごみを出す
消灯する、ドアの鍵をかける
これらを完了しない場合、オーナーから否定的な評価を受ける可能性があります。
Garbage can be disposed at the nearby Gas Station ( Inver Gas Station 2093 Buckhorn Road), 5$ per bag. Strictly not allowed to be left on property.
Damaging the property including the dock, the renter will be responsible to pay the 100% of the damage incurred of the repair.
If you're bringing a boat, please let me know before you book. The dock can not hold multiple boats. LAST but not least, follow the house guidelines.

I had an amazing stay at Sharmila’s lakehouse. She had everything we needed to ensure a fun and safe stay. The house was super clean and Sharmila was always readily available to answer any questions whenever we needed. I would recommended anyone else to stay here and book with Sharmila. The place was beautiful and I’d love to come back!

Pigsty

The property is beautiful and the inside looks nice but that’s where the positive ends. Upon arrival at 4:00 we could not enter because there was a cleaner there still cleaning. Upon entry, a half hour later, the floors were soaking wet and slippery. The garbages were not empty in the bathrooms. The bedding was not freshly laundered. The oven was full of dirty pans(one full of oil). There was open bags of chips shoved in a kitchen drawer. The smoke detector beeped all night long because of a faulty battery. The fridge was unusable because of the rancid smell of rotting fish inside of it. The response from the management was that they would remedy any issues and then no results. They offered late check out the next day which we were not able to do. The filth did not encourage us to spend extra time at the house. The response from the hosts ended abruptly with no remedy. This was the most disappointing rental property I have ever been to.
