We spent five nights at this property and it was absolutely wonderful. We completely fell in love with the stunning view. The location couldn’t be more convenient, with a tram stop right across the street and the Crown just opposite..

cleaners need to be sacked .Moldy shower area in the bathroom Dirty frypan left unwashed . 1 x dishwasher tab , tiny dishwashing liquid we were there for 5 nights .Additional bedding for the pull out couch was unwashed and unfolded and crumpled in a mess as one would if you are leaving a property so my teenage Son had to sleep with me .2 teaspoons , 4 knives , no forks and all the dessert spoons were over sized like salad servers .Chipped mug Curtains could not close as they were all off their hooks at the end of the railing .At night big dirty greasy hand prints on the glass windows .Cupboard above the fridge the shelf is coming loos and dangerous it's on a tilt .The stove top is incredibly slow to heat and hard to reach temperature as in won't boil water or reach a high enough temp to fry.The oven and the fridge worked .

Property is in a fantastic location, step outside and your right next to a tram stop. Apartment was clean and tidy, everything we needed was provided. My family of 5 were very happy and comfortable here.

Really nice location

The property had a great location with lovely views of the Yarra River and was conveniently located in the city. It was also spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our family.

Absolutely wonderful stay

We had an amazing time at the apartment. The views are unparalleled and the whole apartment is beautiful. There was lots of space for everyone and it was such a convenient location.

Best location

We absolutely loved the location of this apartment! We all spent so much time just gazing out the windows at the river and everything else going on. By far the best view I've had in Melbourne. Being right by the tram stop was very convenient as well and we were able to get everywhere we needed really easily. The apartment was really spacious as well.

Could have been better.

As soon as we entered the apartment we could tell it hadn't been cleaned. There were a small child's dirty hand prints on nearly every window in the apartment, used bandaid on one of the dining room chairs, no hand soap provided (but an empty bottle of hand soap was provided), the towels smelled horrible, bedding appeared to not be fresh, and food scraps were left underneath the sink catcher/ plug in the kitchen. No wifi the entire time we were there as well. The host did apologize for wifi but was adamant that the apartment was cleaned. The only thing we were 100% happy with was the location. Bitterly disappointing considering the other options we could have chosen.

Stunning getaway

Wow factor view - just lay and watched over the Yarra to Southbank at night. Great location. Very comfy apt. Fast communication - quick response to get extra linen delivered when I had booked for 3 but not specified 3 different beds. The only trouble I had was using the lockbox for check out. A quick solution was reached for check out. Will stay again if available.

Amazing place. Loved the place.

Amazing view of Yarra river and crown casino. We were able to see the entire Riverview. Night time fire shows from the apt. Loved the place. Super clean great amenities nearby. Definitely the right spot for stay thank you very much
