The fully equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need to make a delicious meal. Dining locations are available between the dining table, breakfast nook and screened in lanai. A large living room sectional makes evenings with a good movie even more cozy. Just off the kitchen is the primary bedroom with a king bed and full bathroom. Two additional bedrooms both feature two twin beds share a jack-and-jill bathroom. Including a sleeper sofa, this home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. Step outside to your private piece of paradise. The outdoor space is designed for both relaxation and entertainment, with a spacious deck perfect for lounging under the Florida sun. A few steps will lead you to the sandy shores, offering unparalleled access to the beach.

Area Activities:

Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again. This was our first time to Fort Meyers and we’re looking to stay on the water and this place was perfect! The only thing that was missing from the listing was that this was an upper and lower rental property and this was the lower lever. The views were amazing, the beach was long and full of shells. We would definitely come back!

The property is right off the beach which was perfect for my family and I and it being our first time to Florida and the beach. Check in was beyond easy, the condo was fantastic and the shops nearby were also awesome! We had a great time and can't wait to come back!

The house was exactly as advertised. The views from the porch are stunning. The views from inside are beautiful too... but who wants to stay inside when the beach is so close. We had a perfect vacation, we even got to swim with wild dolphins that came up to us right in front of the house!

Location unbeatable

Location, location, location! Unobstructed views, directly at the beach! Quiet neighborhood and clean and welcoming home. All the essentials are available and the property manager made the whole process very easy and organized. Great place for a family to stay, kids will love the sandy beach and tons of shells.

The overall rating of this property is a 3, however the property itself is a “4” and the management company and communication is a “2”. There are definitely pros and cons to this propertyThe Sunset views can’t be beat! The property is very clean and fresh and the view from the large windows is outstanding. It has a walkable location to dining, coffee shops and retail shops and is only1 mile from Publix for grocery shopping. However, we purchased 200 of premade meals to cook in the oven and upon arriving realized the oven didn’t work. We contacted Sun Palace management company several times Monday to get it repaired. We agreed to allow a repair person in while we were not there, however no repair person came and we were never able to cook our food and had to throw it out when we left. We had 6 adults in the unit and one single roll of toilet paper was provided in each bathroom. We requested more and the request was not answered. I have never stayed in a residence before that we had to buy our own toilet paper, until now. A dishwasher is provided and you are required to start it before you leave. The kitchen has mismatched, damaged sets. The public beach access with parking is alongside the residence next to the master bedroom. Before dawn daily we heard car doors slamming, people talking loudly, and music playing. The listing says “entire house” however it’s only the bottom floor and you clearly hear people walking on the upper floor at all hours.

The property listing states 2 balconies, however only the bottom balcony is included.

Beautiful Location in a Rebuilding Area

This property did well through Ian, and it is beautiful. You have an open view to the pristine beach which was very quiet. The house was spotless with plenty of towels and kitchen necessities. Beds were comfortable and the area was very peaceful. Just note the area is rebuilding, so you will still see lots of Ian remnants. It does not stop this house from being an oasis.

Hurricane Milton

It's a great location!! No one mentioned the elevator was not working. The adds make you think it is a house, but it is a duplex with someone upstairs and not much privacy on the deck. The appliances obviously were not replaced after the hurricane

Piece of Paradise

We thouroughly enjoyed our week at the beautiful Lone Palm Retreat. This home has breathtaking views of the incredible white sands beaches and ocean. Nice sized patio along with a seperate screened in porch were we enjoyed breakfast and mimosas over looking the beach. Large master bedroom with a huge walk in closet and nice bathroom. The two guest bedrooms have two twins that can be converted to queens upon request. Has a jack n jill bathroom. This beach home has two levels that are rented. We stayed on the first level and had plenty of room. The upper level is rented seperately. There are beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards downstairs for your enjoyment on the beach. A downstairs shower makes it easy to wash the sand off before heading upstairs. We enjoyed the location for its privacy and seclusion. Just a short ride into the town square. Publix grocery store is only 5 minutes away. We most defiantly will stay in this beautiful beach house again on our next trip to paradise.

Perfect beach getaway.

This property is on the perfect location in Ft. Myers beach, it's right next to the beach access path which was so convenient to carry our things to the beach. The house is fully stocked with everything you need, beach towels, beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, kitchen appliances, washer and dryer. The house even has an elevator! Jim, the property caretaker was so helpful. We were only missing a blender and Jim brought one the next day. Every morning we were able to see a dolphin close to shore. There were also many sea turtle nests along the beach, just make sure to close the blinds by 9 PM to not disturb them. We picked up many beautiful seashells and had gorgeous sunsets. There's a Publix down the road and a CVS. There's also a small charcoal grill outside. This area was perfect for relaxing, it's a quiet area and the views are spectacular. We definitely recommend this property and would love to stay here again.

Relaxing family vacation

Had a great week on the beach. The house was so nice. There were beach chairs and inflatables to use. The bonus for this Indiana family was a basketball goal. It was a short walk to the beach and not too crowded. We had a nice time on the beach as well as our deck and patio. Would definitely stay here again.

Great space for our Spring Break

Our family of 5 stayed comfortably in this space. We loved the view and access to the beach. The condo is clean and well equipped. The furnishings are a little dated and a little worn, but clean. We hosted a small gathering without issue and had plenty of space. The owner is very accommodating. I do wish the outdoor furniture was a little nicer. It is currently plastic lawn chairs. View and location would make me return!

Perfect sunsets and location.

Location, location, location! The view from the living room is gorgeous! The owner and property manager did a great job communicating. We did not give it a 5 star rating because the pull out couch was not useable.

Great Place for a Vacation!

We brought our whole family down for a week. This was a great place to stay. We have a son in a wheel chair and the elevator was a definite reason we chose this particular house. 3 Bathrooms made it easy for us to get ready when we were all going somewhere. Everything was clean and organized. Sitting on the back deck was very relaxing. Being that the property is located at the end of a street/alley was great, not much traffic at all. Communication was great the whole time which really helped us feel comfortable. We will be back to this place!

A must stay. Very clean and spacious.

Owner knew there would be a chance we would arrive early on our check in day. He and the property manager, Jim were very accommodating us with the early check in. I can’t say enough good things about the property itself and/or, Jim, the property manager as well as the owner. There were three couples/siblings and our spouses. The view was pretty awesome too. Accommodations met everyone’s needs. The elevator was a bonus. Thank you, Michael and Jim.
