Located on Ft. Myers Beach just steps from the Ocean, This newly built home features five bedrooms and four baths. Bring your family, extended family and friends for an unforgettable vacation!

Soak up the sun in the heated salt water pool or champagne spa. Or have a nice BBQ on the pool deck. Or sit on one of our two balconies and smell the ocean air while enjoying a spectacular view of the gulf.

The top level is where you will find the large master bedroom with a King-Size bed and private bath. Enjoy the extra large walk-in-shower with raindrop shower head while taking in views of the gulf. But don't forget to sit out on the balcony to watch the beautiful view of the sun while it sets over the horizon. The Jr. Master features a Queen bed with a private walk-in-shower and huge walk-in-closet.

On the second level, you will find three additional bedrooms. One Bedroom comes with a Queen bed and closet. Another bedroom comes with two Double beds and a closet and finally the largest room on this level features a Queen bed with private bath and walk-in-shower. All rooms are equipped with large Flat-screen smart TV's with free YouTube TV. The laundry room is equipped with a washer, dryer and iron/ironing board. This level has a main bathroom with a tubbed shower. There is a generous open concept living area with an oversized sliding door and a balcony with an outdoor seating area with an amazing view of the gulf.

The kitchen features are all new stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen comes fully loaded with everything you may need for your stay. The dining area has a large table that can easily seat an entire family, with additional seating at the center island.

The bottom level and back yard has a very large covered lanai with large screen TV. Easily watch any event or show from our very large heated salt water pool or champagne Spa. There is plenty of outdoor seating for everyone to either sit in the shade or enjoy the Florida sun.

This brand new home is fully furnished and decorated beautifully. We want you to come in and enjoy our home just like you would your own. The Ice House is a place to build memories you will never forget.

Beautiful home, and so close to the beach. All beach accessories r there for u, chairs, umbrellas, toys and beach games. The pool area was also a hit, we used the heated spa a lot, unfortunately the pool only gets morning sun and we were at the beach every morning. And sunsets were fabulous. Both deck areas were used a lot and the little Christmas touch was perfect.
We were the only ones out some days

The house was so beautiful and clean! Ocean view was everything and we enjoyed being able to go to beach everyday. We found lots of cool shells and house came equipped with all the stuff you would need for the beach. The pool was definitely a bonus and we spent alot of time and made lots of memories. The hosts we're available whenever we needed help or had questions. They both were very kind to us!

In spite of air conditioner problems, that were resolved, this house was wonderful! The hosts have a well-stocked kitchen with several appliances available to use. There were plenty of beach towels and beach chairs. The pool and hot tub were great! The bathrooms were well stocked with plenty of towels, Bath & Body hand soap, and hair dryers. We loved all the color coordination in each of the rooms. Our family truly enjoyed our stay here.

This property was absolutely amazing. It was perfect for our group of 10. We had so much room and it literally was a short easy walk over to the beach. The house was impeccable and had everything we needed. The in-ground pool and outdoor living area was probably one of our favorite features. Janine was very responsive anytime we had a question prior to or during our stay. I highly recommend this gorgeous house and we all agreed it was one of our favorite stays.

Family Vacation at the Icehouse

We had a blast at the Icehouse! The property was in pristine condition and was loaded with amenities. The house and pool area were awesome and is just a couple hundred steps to the ocean. They had tons of beach chairs, wagons, bikes, and toys for the beach which made the experience even better than it could have been. Janine is very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this place and hope to stay again in the future!

I have rented several homes in Florida before, and this one is by far the winner. Best house, location, and owner communication. The owner text a week before with a list of supplies they had at the house and a list of starter supplies, which was so helpful. Our check-in time was not until 3 o’clock, however I received a text stating we could check in at noon because the cleaning crew was finished early! Once we got to the house it was extremely clean, bright, well decorated and beautiful views of the ocean. I was not sure if we could walk across the street to the beach through what looks like empty lots. I text the owner and asked and they responded within minutes that they have deeded beach access, so you’re able to walk right through to access the beach, which was very convenient. Be on the lookout for friendly dolphins. We encountered three dolphins on different days, and it swam around us for a long time just hanging out. This was the highlight of our trip. The backyard has everything. Big pool, hot tub, plenty of covered outdoor seating to watch TV and an outdoor bathroom! The garage had so many activities (arcade games, connect four, darts, air hockey, ring and hook game). They also have tons of beach chairs, beach toys, outdoor games like spike ball, beer pong, wagons, boogie board, swim goggles). If you can think of it, they have it! The beach was quiet. It was like our own private beach. Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely come back to the ice house!

Pure Perfection

This VRBO is pure perfection. There was not a detail missed. Far exceeded our expectations. Everything from coolers to beach shoes were available. Even had bikes to ride to the grocery store. Pool area was lovely with TV, eating area, refridge and bathroom. Beach directly across the street. We will be renting this property again next year. The owners were exceptional. We made many family memories.

Fantastic in every way!

This house is gorgeous, clean and has everything you could possibly need! Perfect for families of all ages. Fully stocked with anything you need: for adults, kids, the beach (and then some!)The pool/spa and patio area is perfect. Best house we’ve rented!

Blown away by this amazing house/rental experience

The house, by itself, is amazing! It was clean upon arrival and the layout was perfect for a big group. We had 8 adults and 2 kids and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The outdoor space/garage space were perfect for relaxing during the day. And it's so close to the beach! The renters have quality items available for you to use to enjoy the beach. The renter was quick to respond to any questions we had and truly went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. 10/10 would recommend this listing to anyone looking for the perfect beach stay vacation. (and it's super close to the grocery store so that was another bonus).

Family Get Away

It perfectly suited our needs. There was a queen bed and separate bathroom for each couple. The entire family enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Waking up to a view of the gulf was amazing. The proximity to the beach and many excellent restaurants was the icing on top! Thank you!

Overall our stay was excellent and we’d happily come back!! Accommodations were great, ample space for our family group of 6 adults and 5 kids 5 and under! Proximity to the beach was awesome and so convenient! Spa and pool were nice to have, though the pool did not quite heat up enough on the cooler days which is understandable. Only suggestion would be updating the washing machine - with kids we used it several times and noticed that the soap did not rinse off the walls of the washing machine most of the time, leaving clothes not thoroughly rinsed, and an excessive amount of laundry soap was not being used.

Family Christmas

We stayed at The Icehouse for 2 weeks with a group of 10 that ranged in age from 1 to 83 and couldn't have been happier with our choice. The place was so well equipped from the kitchen, to the pool toys, to the beach supplies. Watching football from the pool/spa was a hit with everyone. The beach access was a quick walk. We really enjoyed having Publix, Junkanoo, and the farmers market so close. We would highly recommend The Icehouse to anyone visiting FMB.

Hands Down Best Place Ever!!

This was our first year to do a family Christmas trip and we could not have picked a better house to rent. There were 12 of us and there was room for everyone and the house had everything we needed; full kitchen, spacious rooms and lots of closet space, a terrific pool and outdoor space and right across from the beach with beach chairs, umbrellas, wagons, toys and bikes to take across with us. It was the best Christmas with our kids and grandkids by far! We for sure want to come back!

The perfect family vacation spot!

We are so grateful that we found The Icehouse for our first family vacation! The house is even more beautiful in person! The backyard is spacious, the pool and sauna were much larger than expected. The short walk to the beach was perfect for us to be able to spend time there without being unable to go back to the house when the kids were tired. We unfortunately had quite a few storms during our stay, so the provided games kept both the adults and kids entertained the entire trip. The hosts were accommodating, always easy to reach, and were quick to respond to any of our questions. Publix is also just a couple of miles away making grocery trips quick when we forgot ingredients which was an unexpected surprise. There isn’t a thing we would have changed! We made so many amazing memories and can’t wait to return in the future for more! Stop looking for your perfect vacation spot and book now…you will be thankful you did! Thank you Janine for a time we will never forget!
