This is a brightly-lit, cheerful Upper unit home near Star bucks Mountain Road Five minute walk to the central transit (bus) and Trinity Drive, very close to NBCC & CRANDAL,Walmart, Ciniplex,Casino,MagneticHill, golf and shopping. Enjoy a open concept kitchen with all the appliances and essentials, as well as a beautiful open concept living and dining area. Three bedrooms available with Queen beds one full Bathroom and two car parks and we are so excited to host you!

Comfortable home in Moncton

This house has 3 comfortable queen bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen with eat in seating and a living room. Well equipped, with minor exceptions. On a quiet street with amenities close by. Communication with host was excellent. Enjoyed the welcome basket provided by the host.

House evaluation

Well, the house is good. The day before I hadn't received the information to check in, so I had to contact them to find out how to get in and the internet password. Unfortunately, on the first night, we had an inconvenience with the door, as it is an electronic lock. In the early morning, it made a noise as if someone was typing the code on the door to get in. My wife told me so and in the early morning, I left the house to look for someone who was trying to get in. I told the owner that same day. He was supposed to fix it, but he didn't show up that day. So on the second night, we had the same inconvenience. The door lock kept making a noise as if someone was typing the code to get in. I realized it was an electronic defect, but it still woke me up. I told the owner again, and so after the second night, he tried to fix it. However, since he couldn't, I told him to leave it manual and for me to keep the door key. After that, there were no more problems. When we used the dishwasher, we noticed that the last person who washed it had left a piece of meat inside the machine. We threw it away. It wasn't a problem. We noticed a lot of noise under the door. house, sometimes it was a little annoying, but overall the house was clean, the neighborhood is wonderful, the house is beautiful but I wouldn't rent it again.

Amazing location

This is a beautiful property situated in a quiet and gorgeous neighbourhood. It's close to so many things (pharmacy, grocery, shopping, dining out etc) The host was very warm & responsive. I would definitely stay here again, when my travels take me back to Moncton, NB

Excellent home

We really enjoyed our stay in this perfect home. Very clean, spacious and well equiped. Also very nice and helpful host. Highly recommended for Bay of Fundy visits.
