everything was great I had some concerns about the front step however, it was slippery and there is no hand railWould certainly go again and advise others to stay here clean and cozy

Sylvie, our host, was amazing. She answered my questions promptly and provided great instructions for our arrival, even wishing us safe travels. The 3-bedroom house was cozy and well appointed. It felt like home right away, and Sylvie like a friend! Every corner was spotless, and all of the household necessities were provided (kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms) … even coffee pods. The wifi was solid, and there was plenty of space to lounge and eat! There were board games and books too! The property is located on a quiet street, and is a short and easy drive to Costco, Champlain Place, the Université de Moncton, and more. We were there for a sports tournament and it was very convenient for travel to and from the venue. There were restaurants nearby, as well as a grocery store. There is room for 2 cars to park in the driveway, and street parking if needed. There is very little traffic on the road, so street parking would be safe. I’d book this place again, and would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a spot to stay in this area. 10/10 experience!

Nice place. Owner had a plastic mattress cover on beds right under the sheet. All one does is sweat with these. Perhaps a proper mattress cover could be used. Pillows weren’t the greatest either.

This property is great. Located on a quiet street. The yard is nicely maintained. The house is very clean and the kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need to make your stay very enjoyable. The beds are comfortable with nice linens and fluffy pillows. The house is nicely decorated making you feel at home immediately. The host Sylvie was prepared for our arrival and forwarded all access information well in advance. If you are looking for a home away from home during your stay in Moncton I highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed
