Great stay in a lovely location

We had a great few days of total relaxation here. The accommodation was well equipped and very clean. It’s just a short stroll to the beach ( towels & chairs etc provided ) The pool was easily accessible from the rental and communication with the owner was easy.All in all a great place to stay …

Gorgeous Condo

We loved this condo on the gulf! The condo complex has beach access and two pools. Loved the outdoor space with 2 decks and patio, with everything needed for family vacation. The beds and linens provided were plush, super clean and comfortable!!

Great spot!

Location was fantastic, right by one of the pools and a short walk to the other and the beach. The condo was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed our stay!

Relaxing & restful

For 6 adults, 2 couples & 2 more siblings, the property was perfect. Access to pools & beach were high on our wish list & our wishes came true. The relaxed island mood was the vibe we were looking for.

This condo was very clean, quiet, and well appointed! Access to the book and beach were great and having bikes, beach chairs was super helpful! Gas grill and patio furniture could use updating but otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would book here again!

This condo is well set up for a family- close to heated pool, close to beach and overall very clean and quiet. Having the bikes, beach chairs and a well- stocked kitchen was very helpful! The check in process was very easy and we would definitely stay here again. Grill and patio furniture could use updating but otherwise we had a great 5 days here!

Carpet in living room needs to be replaced. My baby crawled around on it and her entire lower legs and feet were black. I vacuumed and it didn’t help. The lower deck was covered in rust flakes and the tops of the screws holding the wood together would come off to the touch. So this meant my baby could just pick them up and they go stuck to the bottom of our shoes and we would find them randomly around the house. Also, there are 2 long flights of stairs and as this place is child friendly, i would suggest providing baby gates or mentioning that guests may want to be prepared to bring their own. That being said, the rest of the condo was great and we enjoyed our time there.

Lovely Condo

Great unit at Sand Castle for our girls trip. Decorated so well, and super clean with plenty of linens and kitchen supplies for the most part. Could not find a baking sheet but otherwise kitchen was well stocked! Only suggestion would be new furniture on the main level deck. Two pieces sink down really low, so we had a lot of laughs trying to get up a few times! Other than that, we were thoroughly pleased after having stayed at several units in this complex over the years. We will be back!

Charming Condo

We had a great stay at the condo. When we checked in, the condo had not been cleaned, and that was our only issue we had all week. Contacting Evolve and waiting for a cleaner to show up took over a few hrs which was extremely frustrating with 3 tired kids and a 13 hr drive. Once the cleaners arrived (I had already started cleaning), they did a fantastic job and we finally went to bed shortly after 10:30 pm. Other than that, we had a fabulous time. The condo is packed with cooking supplies which we used everyday. The owners thought about all the extras which was very nice. We brought our own but there are extra beach supplies downstairs and beach towels. The heated pool is right outside the condo and the 2nd pool is less than a 3 minute walk.
