Flemington is the home of the Melbourne Cup and horse racing. The racecourse is renowned for its gorgeous roses, celebrity spotting and high fashion.
ONLY is right on the edge of the racecourse offering adynamic inner city culture that's both luxurious and contemporary, taking in the food culture, Royal Melbourne Show and a host of annual events.
Favorite haunts around Flemington include Mama Bear Cafe, Hardiman Hotel and Doutta Gala Hotel for pub grub. The Kensington bowls club is right across the road for a craft beer and a game of bare foot bowls. Laska King in Newmarket or Hem 27 for an authentic Vietnamese soup kitchen on Epsom Road.
Supermarket at showgrounds Village is 800mtrs away or hop on the 57 tram to get to Queen Victoria Market, Melbourne Zoo, state Hockey centre or Melbourne University.

Getting around is easy and Flemington is 6 Kms north-west of Melbourne CBD and is highly services by trains, trams and buses.
No. 57 Tram is right at your door Newmarket train station is less than 10 minute walk and the 404 bus takes you to Moonee Ponds or Footscray.

Great Stay

We stayed in this property while our house was being renovated and it was great. It is a clean apartment with great city views. Martin was a great host who was very responsive during the stay for any questions we had.

Perfect for our needs

Martins apartment was perfect for our stay while attending an exhibition at the Showgrounds. Easy walk to Showgrounds, restaurants, shops, river trails. Communication was always prompt - apartment was clean, comfortable bed, good shower and amazingly well equipped. Would definitely recommend to others and stay again.

Great place, Great location

Very clean and modern apartment with amazing views of the city. Excellent for families, public transport at the door and walking distance to supermarkets and restaurants. Excellent communication with owner. Would definitely recommend and will be staying again when in Melb.

Great Views & Location

Was very happy with this apartment. Martin was very prompt with his responses to any questions we had. location was really good close to public transport Apartment was very clean and tidy. Would happily book this apartment again.

Everything was great except the check in and check out process. Had to pick up and drop off key from a supermarket which wasn't within walking distance (with luggage). Would be much better if they left keys with one of the two receptions in the building or installed a key lock like most places.
