Nice 3 bedroom town-home in Stewards Watch. Main floor features powder room, kitchen, dining area, living room and nice screened porch. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, hall bath and master suite. Near Walkway access to the Salt Pond canal. Great for kayaks or canoes (not provided). No Smoking.

Great little beach house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is very cute we have rented with this unit for the last 3 years. Could use an update with the master bed possibly a kind size and change the wicker furniture in the living room. All and all was a wonderful little condo.

Our Vacation and Return to Bethany Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came back to Bethany Beach for a vacation after 20 years. Always booked our rentals through Wilgus Associates and were always satisfied with our accommodations. This year we tried a different development and were very satisfied with what the development had to offer. Loved having the pool to come back to after the beach. Restaurants and shopping nearby. Weather was great. Our unit had a very nice layout however somewhat dated. The living room furniture was very uncomfortable and seemed to be old and soiled. We put blankets on the chairs when we watched T.V. The kitchen and bathrooms were perfectly fine and the unit itself was spotless. The remote controls for the T.V. were very hard to operate. With a little updating the unit would be perfect.
