This 2BR/2BA condo at Bay View on the Boardwalk, offers direct ocean views from both private balconies. It can accommodate up to 8 guests with 1 king-sized bed, 2 full-sized beds and a sleeper sofa. Brought to you by Luxury Beach Rentals program, this 2BR/2BA condo at Bay View on the Boardwalk, offers direct ocean views from both private balconies. The condo was just updated with luxury vinyl plank flooring, large 65inch smart tv in living room and fully painted! It can accommodate up to 8 guests with 1 king-sized bed, 2 full-sized beds and a sleeper sofa. The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a dishwasher, microwave, stove and an in-unit washer and dryer.

The resort offers a wide range of amenities including a lazy river, large oceanfront pool and deck, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, an indoor pool, a fitness room, lounge and Starbucks onsite!

The condo is situated directly on the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, putting you right in the heart of all the action! Walk to iconic spots like the SkyWheel, RipTydz, Pier 14, Banditos, and countless other fantastic restaurants and attractions along the Grand Strand. It's a short drive to Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and Ripley's Aquarium, with many popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shops nearby.

Ok for the money

Stayed here for a week with my husband. The good: Excellence location, clean, comfortable bed. The bad: A bit dated, no cutting board in kitchen or oven mits, could use a bit of paint. Did not receive door keys for parking garage or main doors - had to go in through the door marked registraton and the elevators did not all work. A neighbor must have been Marijuana friendly, as thats all you could smell in the hallways on the 10th floor by the elevators. Definitely more of a hotel feel than a condo. Probably would not stay again. However, was an ok stay for the price.

Great, clean unit with a beautiful view!

We loved everything about the unit itself. No complaints at all. It was exactly as described, incredibly clean, and lots of extras were included for us. The only slightly frustrating things about our stay were the trouble with accessing the elevator at times, and the poor design of the parking garage. Not enough to deter us from booking this unit again, though. I would definitely recommend this unit to others!

It was okay

**Long review** My family and I have stayed at Bay View for years, always at the same time. The time we normally book was sold out this year for 2 bedrooms and constantly checking every day for cancellations, nothing would budge. Ran across the privately owned 2 bedroom from Luxury Beach Rental and decided to go with them because we had other family staying in the hotel too and did not want to be away from them. To have the name Luxury Beach Rentals the room wasn’t luxury at all, especially with that price. The only thing different with the room is they removed the carpet and had different bedding. Still an out dated room. Another group of family that was staying with Bay View was able to book with that hotel itself and had a completely remodeled 2 bedroom for $400 less and was obviously able to get the extra amenities such as coupons and room service. We couldn’t get room service, no discounted coupons, no Starbucks coupons, had to check out at 10, take out our own trash, strip the beds. It honestly wasn’t worth it. If you’re in a pinch for something last minute, cool, but to stay in Bay View they should be able to account for all the amenities. Probably wouldn’t book again.

Pick A Different Place

We travel a lot, this was one of the worst places we have stayed. The hotel itself needs repairs, a elevator down entire stay; long waits. The parking/trash is across 2 streets; dangerous with kids. We found orange socks when we pulled the curtain back in our room, hairs still in the shower/wall, and sand in rooms. I get the sand because it’s hard to get it all, but the hairs in the shower and socks left grossed me out. We didn’t have any hot water in our showers for 3/6 nights. The guest room had warm water but after a few mins it was cool. Main BR had no hot/warm water. Of course I reported it and they were great to send someone out. Then I got a message saying there was nothing wrong with the water that someone had came out. I’m like there is no way, it is still cold. It was ice cold, no warm water whatsoever. I was told that they were 100% sure the guy came to our room and the hotel water temp just wasn’t what we was used to or expect. This really irritated me because it was ice cold, I told them I would go buy a thermometer just to prove it’s cold and has no warm water. Then come to find out, the plumber went to the wrong room. He came back and couldn’t fix it bc the water had to be turned off. So, another night of bathing with the sink and taking pots to the shower just to have hot water. He fixed it but then the watered spurted like there was air in the lines. Ran it forever and it still done it. Reported it, was told nothing wrong. Never would stay here again.

Horrible check in process

Overall, the property was good. However, I have a few concerns with the check in process or lack there of. 1- When my family arrived to the property, I realized that I still hadn't received the passcode to enter the property so I had to call the property manager for the code. She then tells me that they never sent a code because I still had a balance which I didn't but even if I did, why wouldn't she notify me before the check in day? 2. I was also charged more money than the site quoted. We had to sit in the hot car outside of the property with my grandkids waiting for her to complete this paperwork process that I never received before our check in date. That first day was really stressful for my family.
