Perfect Sydney Weekender

Across the road from the beach, our beautiful holiday home is the perfect place for a coastal getaway just over one hour from Sydney.

Location is everything and we are one of very few houses in Copacabana where you get wonderful views of the sea but are only 30 seconds from the beach.

Go back to the simple life with a modern update; leave your car at home, soak up the sun at the beach, grab a coffee at any one of the fabulous cafes, book dinner at the chic local pizza place and order freshly made artisan bread at the bakers. Return to our updated 1970's beach house and enjoy those sea breezes.

Kids can enjoy the large lawn at the front or back and there’s a large fenced backyard for your dog (subject to approval).

Copacabana is an amazing spot to see the migrating humpback whales and there’s a large pod of dolphins that can often be seen in the bay. Take the Winnie Bay track for lunch in Avoca or explore Bouddi National Park.

Inside the home is light, airy and very beachy.

The downstairs living area has an open plan kitchen, dining for 6 and a lounge area with a tv and wifi.

The kitchen is well equipped and there’s also a basic laundry and bathroom downstairs.

Upstairs are 3 comfortable bedrooms, each with a fabulous view. There is one queen, and two double beds. You can literally check out the surf from bed. In winter, watch the whales migrate from the small balcony or just enjoy the sea breeze.

You will feel relaxed the moment you arrive.

We provide fans and heaters and a split system air conditioner for those rare still nights.

Free wifi available. Sheets, towels, toilettries, salt, pepper, serviettes, bbq, even beach towels provided! Starter pack of dishwashing liquid, dishwashing tablets, laundry detergents, sunblock, and staples too!

We promise you will fall in love with it like we have and won’t want to leave.

Other things to note
Copacabana beach has a gentle rock pool and is flagged. There is also a lagoon along the beach. But the surf can get large. Please take note of the beach conditions and follow the advice of the surfclub/lifesavers.

This home is really special to us and we’re sure you’ll love it too but it was built in 1970. We ask that you take care of our home like it’s your own.
