Welcome to luxury living in this executive townhome, a contemporary masterpiece with Pacific Coast-inspired details. Nestled alongside Fitzsimmons Creek and the Valley Trail, it offers a tranquil setting and easy access to nature.

The open-concept design enhances connectivity and space, featuring quality materials like rich woods and travertine stone. Towering ceilings and large windows flood the home with natural light, creating an airy alpine feel. The entire home is generously cooled with air-conditioning for the summer months, and the state-of-the-art kitchen includes a walk-in pantry and oversized granite island, perfect for entertaining. With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, there's ample space for comfort and privacy. Abundant storage ensures an organized stay.

The lowest level features in-suite laundry and secure underground parking in a private double garage. The lower family room includes a bar, porch with outdoor fireplace, full bathroom, and a King bedroom with patio access to a private hot tub. The main level boasts an open-concept dining, kitchen, and living area with deck access and BBQ, pantry, and half bathroom. The top level houses the primary bedroom with ensuite and private balcony, another full bathroom, queen bedroom, and a bedroom with twin bunk beds.

Location
Fitzsimmons Walk is a phenomenal location blending seclusion with easy access to many resort amenities of Whistler. You will feel right at home in this close-knit community comprising of 41 townhomes made up of local residents and five star accommodation adjacent to Fitzsimmons creek. The complex is located right across the road from Nester's liquor and grocery store and multiple restaurants or a 10 minute walk North of Whistler's marketplace, home to many of Whistler's best shops, bars and restaurants. Guests can enjoy secure, gated underground parking here! Buses connect this complex to the village centre in just under 4 minutes. During the Winter, you are easily connected to both Whistler & Blackcomb mountain from the Nancy Greene stop on your doorstep. Year round you can take a bus from the Nester's road stop which is only a 4 minute walk from the complex.

⌂ No smoking, no parties, no pets, no skis or bikes permitted inside the house (should be stored in the private garage). Minimum booking age of 25.
⌂ Base occupancy is 8 adults and max occupancy is 10 adults. The 9th & 10th adult pay C$35 per night per person. Children under 12 years old stay free of charge.
⌂ Pack 'N Play & High Chairs are available for rentals by request.

Stunning Whistler property

This home is beautiful, well decorated and up to date. The kitchen is well provisioned and there are a lot of areas to find a place for privacy. It’s within walking distance of the village and hiking/biking paths. We had two plumbing issues that the rental agency had someone out within the hour to fix.

Christmas Stay

Our family of 7 adults and 4 children stayed here for 4 days over Christmas and loved it. We had to contact the Outpost team on 2 separate occasions and found them very responsive by phone and text and the maintenance man was on site in 30 minutes. The apartment was very well equipped and we had everythng we needed. Highly recommended.

Absolutely outstanding rental. This was our best rental house to-date in Whistler after 5 visits. We enjoyed living in quiet luxury with shared amenities like the parade with a private garage/pretty promenade between units. Excellent use of space, lovely furnishings, and comfy linens. Space is somewhat open concept/has hard surfaces, so noise can travel easily, but we found it quite manageable as a family vacation. Host was very responsive, check-in/check-out was a breeze. 10/10, would stay here again!

Property is spacious with 3 levels and accommodated a family with 5 adults and 3 children and 1 room has 2 bunk beds. Kitchen has great space and functional for a large group. Bedrooms are a tad small in SF - maybe king beds are slightly smaller in Canada :-) but worked fine for a week long ski trip. Location is great and easily walkable to the village. Secured parking is great and Outpost was very responsive.

Beautiful home , spacious. Fully equipped kitchen, quiet neighborhood, convenient to supermarket, restaurants, only a few minutes to Whistler Blackcomb. We were a group of 10 from NJ , VA and MD age from 13 - up. It's really a perfect home for 10 of us , kids and parents were really enjoy staying. We definitely would returning to this place winter or summer. Highly recommended.

Highly Recommend

Our family of 7 stayed at Fitzsimmons 40 over the New Year's holiday. We arrived late, and check-in was a breeze. Even better was the grocery delivery and set-up service so we would have breakfast ready the next day to be able to hit the slopes early. The home was perfect for us—from comfortable beds, to a well-stocked kitchen, to an inviting hot tub. Our one small maintenance issue was resolved quickly. Communication with management was always excellent. I would highly recommend renting thru the Outpost and will go out of my way to use them again in the future. Thank you for making our family ski trip so enjoyable!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Whistler renting thru the Outpost. The home we stayed in was very comfortable for our family of 7. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, the home was well appointed, and communication w the management was very good with quick response times. Our arrival time was late in the evening after flights, so the Outpost picked up my grocery order and placed the items in the home so we were ready to go for breakfast the next morning. This was so helpful & allowed us to hit the slopes immediately the next day. One morning our bathroom lights wouldn't turn on and maintenance came right over to resolve the issue. I would highly recommend with no hesitation using this company for your holiday stay in Whistler. We hope to use them in the future!
