Lovely property, super clean and nicely decorated in a minimalist way, which we like! Quick car trip to town and nice to be right on marsh. King bed very comfortable. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay here. It's clean, updated and the deck is amazing. It had everything we needed. It's basically a 10 minute drive to any beach or restaurant in Wellfleet. You'll need to purchase a beach pass or there is one (Mayo) you don't need one. We loved switching it up from ocean side beaches to bay side beaches and had fresh seafood and ice cream pretty much every day. :) We would stay here again.

The location in was perfect for our family vacation - close to beautiful beaches & excellent restaurants. The privacy on the back deck was a plus and the dead-end street was great for walking our dog.

What a great house! Very comfortable and updated living/dining/kitchen downstairs. Lots of kitchen supplies. The deck outside has incredible views day and night. Great for eating outside and lounging in the chairs. Upstairs has two bright, well-appointed bedrooms - thanks for putting in a king bed! Check-in/check-out and communication with host was fast, easy and responsive. Oh, and the location is great! Such easy access to lots of stuff to do and great restaurants. Highly recommend!

This property was very clean and well-appointed. It is very nice on the inside, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location in terms of its proximity to stores, restaurants, etc, while still being quiet and secluded, was great. The primary concern we had was non responsiveness of the hosts/management company. On multiple occasions, we sent questions to them (after receiving messages encouraging us to reach out with any questions). We never received a response to any questions we sent, even though we continued to receive automated messages about check-in and check-out, still encouraging us to reach out with questions. At least for the season we were in, it was harder to access the water than we had hoped based on the description; we reached out with questions about this, but never received a response. The main bedroom has 2 skylights, and they have retractable shades - which is great! However, the remote controls for them did not work. One did not work from the outset, and the other stopped working. We presumed the batteries had died; however, it was unclear how to replace them without risking breaking the remote case. We reached out for assistance, since the amount of light was disruptive to our sleep. We never received a response, and therefore were left with the greater amount of sunlight from early in the morning. We would have liked to give a better review, but the lack of responsiveness was unfortunate and not something we've had before with a VRBO.

Our family of 3 has been coming to the Cape for the past 12 years and this property did not disappoint! It had everything we cherish and look forward to from the scenic view from the deck to the beautifully decorated interior and fully stocked kitchen. The ponds, beaches, restaurants and shops are just a short drive. We found the communication was friendly and efficient with easy check-in and check out process. Highly recommend!

Great, peaceful location overlooking marsh with great bird watching. Rooms are bigger than photos show, so plenty of room. A few minor issues that took a bit to get resolved but overall a great stay.
