Cypress Bend #1112 is located in beautiful Barefoot Resort with easy access to 4 Championship Golf Courses and the Beach. This 1st floor condo is perfect for families, golfers or getaways. Just moments away, Barefoot Landing beckons with its array of shops, restaurants, and attractions, offering endless entertainment for the whole family.

Step into a fully equipped and updated kitchen, ready to bring your favorite culinary creations to life. The spacious dining area sets the stage for family meals and gatherings, fostering cherished moments. Unwind in the expansive living room, perfect for spreading out as you enjoy your preferred TV shows or sporting events. Transition seamlessly to the patio, where your morning coffee prepares you for the day ahead and your evening cocktail brings a satisfying close. You will love the view of the golf course.

Retreat to the primary bedroom, where a king bed awaits, accompanied by an en-suite bathroom. Ample space and a spacious closet ensure your comfort. The second bedroom features two twin beds, and a full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway. In-unit laundry facilities further enhance your convenience. All of the TVs are Smart TVs and there is also Free Wi-fi available.

Cypress Bend has its own pool for your use or you can access the largest pool in South Carolina located at The North Tower in Barefoot. There is a free shuttle that runs in the summer season that will take you to the beach access. A schedule will be provided at arrival. This 2BR/2Bath condo has everything you need for your stay in North Myrtle Beach.

Barefoot Landing is right over the bridge with lots of restaurants, shops and attractions. Catch a show at The House of Blues or the Alabama Theater. Drink a cold beer at Crooked Hammock or check out the Wine Flights at Duplin Winery. Enjoy one of the many restaurants available like Taco Mundo or Wild Wing Cafe. The kids will love the Carousel and there is so much entertainment, you will go there all the time.

This condo does not allow pets or motorcycles and is non-smoking.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We picked this location because it was on the first floor and close to the beach and pool. The place is modern and perfect for a couple, especially with two bathrooms with showers. I only had a few minor issues: there wasn't an ironing board, no hair dryer, and the patio tables weren't cleaned. It's not a deal breaker, and I would stay here again.

4th of July VACATION

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The experience was nice, the room was ok, but the king bed was like a brick and made my whole body ache! When we walked in the dead bugs meet us at the door. Dead bugs to me means they might have sprayed for the bugs, but none cleaned! The floors were dirty! The cleaner's not attentive enough and this is coming from a former housekeeping supervisor! I would have never let that room go as cleaned! Bathrooms dirty! Look like they only made the beds and cleaned the kitchen,no sweeping or mopping and the patio very dirty! I wiped the tables and chairs down because they were filthy! My biggest issue was the cleanliness of the condo! I should not have to pay that much for a room that I ended up cleaning what we used, but that condo needs to be deep cleaned!I actually saw some cleaners go in one condo and cleaned it under 15 minutes. I'm not saying it can' be done, but I never saw anyone come check behind them and later someone was checking in!

Good and Not So Good

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The vacation rental location was absolutely beautiful. You did not have to drive far to go to restaurants, drugstores or supermarkets, however, the condo needed deep, deep cleaning, except for the kitchen, which is absolutely beautiful. The only channel you can get on all of the TVs is live TV or Roku TV. Being that you’re cleaning fee was so high I would’ve thought that the condo would’ve been much much cleaner. Either You’re not paying your cleaning staff what’s owed or they are playing you and not doing their job. The furniture can use an overhaul maybe updated it. On a positive note, there are many beaches in the area, but there was one really close to the condo and that beach was absolutely beautiful and it was not crowded . Overall, it was a safe and decent environment
