A Scandinavian-inspired cabin in unique alignment with both nature and contemporary living. It is perfect for one or two couples or a small family who appreciate décor throughout, a quiet space and a getaway to the nature.

Personally curated by the owners to share unique lifestyle and experience and to help unlock one's truest potential and live a more fulfilling life, by disconnecting to reconnect in the nature. This was made possible by the design following a striking minimalist aesthetic echoing the Scandinavian inspired, architecturally characterized by floor to ceiling windows throughout, well thought out elevations and flood of natural light.

Built with surrounding nature in mind, set with great views and consideration for the preservation of local environment and habitat. The construction of the cabin has lower environmental impact by taking surrounding nature into consideration creating positive personal and environmental benefits of staying in the Kabinhaus.

Kabinhaus follows a clean-living ethos, everything is as natural as possible inside as well – the result of which is an airy, light-filled space that feels all at once both Nordic and Zen and contrasting harmoniously with the darker exterior. The beautifully light, open-plan living spaces are located throughout, where expansive floor to ceiling windows draw in an abundance of natural light and openness onto the terrace deck with private built-in hot tub with endless nature views in all directions and river stream.

Equipped with a STUV fireplace forms a natural focal point in the living room, building the sense of refined materiality consistent throughout the interior. With open-plan living spaces, one will find the kitchen clearly conceived for the practicalities of daily living, a bright and clean space with European sized appliances neatly housed. Outside grilling flavorful food on charcoal BBQ and roast s’mores by outdoor fire pit. Create the endless moments at Kabinhaus.

Two unique decorated bedrooms with the most comfortable beds and one washroom with shower are beautifully proportioned, with the large windows facing directly onto the backyard, creating privacy around to connect with environment. Pack up and work from Kabinhaus, with its own dedicated workspace with a Wi-Fi allowing to serve a great motivational boost, breaking up a working week and help to feel more connected to nature for reducing stress and promoting healing.

There are no spaces to be looked at, as the spaces are meant to be looked out from. The floor to ceiling windows we built in mind really connect with environment. See and experience weather changes, directions of the wind and see leaves rustling. Kabinhaus is in secluded community and there are no streetlights, allowing to really get to see the stars. Spaces are provided as a caring for oneself, and this was possible through the slower-paced solutions sure to help one to overcome life’s annoyances and better appreciate the little things.

The property is protected with 3 active outdoor video surveillances. They are used to protect the property and our guests from potential break-ins and theft, and to make sure our pet-free and no-parties policies and guest limits are being adhered to, and are required for the insurance liabilities. One face the driveway and the fire pit, one face the main entrance and one face the exit stairs to the backyard and hot tub.
