Upon reviewing your reservation, we do see that you reached out to our 24/7 Guest Services Team regarding the noise. Our team promptly contacted the Homeowners Association, as we were unaware, and it was confirmed that individual owners are permitted to perform work in their units during standard business hours. While we have limited control over construction in neighboring units, we understand how frustrating and disappointing this was and regret the impact it had on your stay.
