Mary’s Orlando rental home was the perfect place for our extended stay during RN training, and it truly deserves a 5-star review. The condo was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described, with a well-equipped kitchen and cozy living areas that made it feel like a true home away from home. The location was convenient and felt safe, with easy access to major Orlando attractions, grocery stores, and restaurants, which worked very well for our busy schedule. Mary was an outstanding host ! She is kind, professional, and very responsive from booking through checkout, always quick to answer questions and make sure we were comfortable. Overall, this rental was ideal for a longer stay, and we would happily book with Mary again and highly recommend her home to anyone visiting the Orlando area.

Great stay for spring break

The condo had everything we needed. Super convenient for stores and restaurants. It was very quiet and comfortable. Mary was great to work with and quick communication. We loved the multiple pools on site and across the street. Lots for kids to do and we had a great stay!

Golfing Experience

This was a beautiful condo and its location worked out perfect. There are so many places to eat and the access to the highway system was phenomenal. I am looking forward to my next stay.

Comfortable, roomy and close to Disney World properties

My adult daughter and I enjoyed our stay at this condo for our mother/daughter trip. We were reliving our trip to Disney when she graduated high school 12 years ago. At that time we stayed at Disney’s Caribbean Beach resort, so we were pleasantly surprised when these condo buildings reminded us of that resort. Very cute exterior and the condo inside was decorated nicely and was light and airy with vaulted ceilings. When entering the condo you go up stairs to the living area which is very roomy and open. The beds were firm with a memory foam mattress. Bathrooms were clean and roomy with very nice thick towels, the shower head was newer and had great water pressure. Remember to bring your own beach towel if using the pool. We did not use the pool. The owner, Mary, was very responsive and easy to work with. The only complaint was that the furnace filter was extremely dirty and black, fortunately there were clean filters so we just replaced it. The location was perfect as it was so close to everything. Only 10-15 minutes to any of the Disney properties and a Walmart Supercenter within a few minutes. I would definitely stay here again.

Vacation stay

I stayed 6nights. Me and my family loved this condo it was perfect very spacious & clean. The pools were amazing. The host was very informative,friendly and not to mention welcoming. Her check in process was straight forward. This condo is a great location close to everything. We would definitely book again in the future.

Wonderful Stay Near Parks

It was beautiful and exactly what we needed. We did some food shopping nearby and had everything that we needed. Close to parks and great accomodations with access to pools both onsite and across the street. Mary made checkin and checkout so easy. Would defenitely stay again and recommend to other families visiting Disney Parks!

Great Location

Overall good stay. Condo not as clean as expected based on reviews, I cleaned kitchen and vacuumed carpets when we arrived. Parking is convenient, close to things and really quiet in the complex. Unit could use deep clean and repair of some items but great for cost per night in Summer. Host was very responsive and made sure all was well!

Family vacation

Overall enjoyable stay. Amenities were a nice add. We did mini golf and the whole family enjoyed that and the different pools were nice. Condo was nice. Nice neighborhood and the host was good with communicating any questions we had during our stay.

Perfect location

Property was just as described and a perfect location to Disney parks. Mary was a wonderful hostess. She checked in regularly to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. I will definitely recommend her and her properties. We look forward to staying at one of her homes again in the future. Thanks again for allowing us to use your home.

Nice stay in a nice house.

We spent 5 nights woth my family and the grand parents and everything with fine. The Community is very nice and the lake and the pool area are also very good. We felt like home :) I can highly recommend this accommodation. I can highly recommend this accomadation

Spacious condo in a beautiful complex

Loved how spacious the condo was, pools on the property were beautiful. Location was excellent. Only recommendation is to update to a more comfortable master bed as well as the living room couches.

We loved the unit and it was perfect for my family. We were there for the UDA Nationals so we didn’t spend much time to enjoy the amenities, but the unit was perfect for relaxing after a long day. Mary reached out every step of the way and was very helpful.

My name is Mary, the owner of this unit. I have two girls myself and enjoy coming down to visit family, the Disney parks and local beaches. I have owned this home since 2012 and take pride in managing the unit myself to make sure this home is comfortable, clean and cozy for my family and all families coming to visit. As my girls got older and our schedules got busier, I realized that I can't spend as much time there. Now, I rent this out to give other families the opportunities to make wonderful memories that my family have been able to enjoy.

I love the property for many reasons. The main one is the proximity to all the parks, the shopping, grocery stores and restaurants. It has a full kitchen that allows me to provide home cook meals for my family while we are away. My girls love the pool if we plan on staying in for the day too.

I believe cleanliness and location are the most critical when choosing a place to stay. We are remodeling in phases, so recently replaced mattresses, bedding, washer/dryer, paint, carpet and more. We will continue to update the unit as our budget allows. We hope that in return our guests take care of their home just like their own.
