Copacabana-2 Quartos-120m²-térreo-quadra da Praia de Copacabana-perto Metrô

My apartment is located on Rua Siqueira Campos, across from Praça Serzedelo Correa, a street full of good shops and restaurants, between Avenida Nossa Senhora de Copacabana and Avenida Atlântica, less than a 5-minute walk from the Siqueira Campos metro station and one block from the beach. The apartment is in an exclusively residential building with 24-hour doorman service and internal security system.

It has two bedrooms: a double bedroom with a built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, and garden view; a single bedroom with a bunk bed + extra mattress and air conditioning. There are 2 bathrooms. A living room with sofas and a dining table for 6 people. The kitchen is well-equipped with kitchen utensils, a complete stove, a Nespresso coffee machine, a small oven, a microwave, and a refrigerator. The apartment has high-speed Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning in both bedrooms!

The apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 people and also up to 6 people.

The apartment is a 2-minute walk from Copacabana beach and is located opposite a bakery, several bars, restaurants, steakhouses, and major supermarkets. The apartment is on the first floor, so there's no need to use the elevators. It has a lovely open internal garden.

In the apartment you will find a Guest Handbook, where you can find all the information about the apartment.
I always send the guidebook in advance (via email) so that people can come better prepared for their vacation in Rio and find useful information (e.g., about taxi fares from the airport, etc.).
I want my guests to feel like they are in their own home :)

Important: Before check-in, guests will need to fill out an electronic form and attach copies of their IDs, as per condominium security rules.

Interaction with guests
I live in São Paulo, but I'm always in contact with my guests before they arrive and during their stay, by phone or WhatsApp. When I'm not in Rio, my doorman and the building manager will always be available to answer any questions.

The neighborhood
The Copacabana neighborhood is classic and world-famous. It boasts a beautiful 4km beach and is very well served by public transportation. There are 3 metro stations and many buses to the city center or to the beaches of São Conrado and Barra. You can find practically everything you need on Avenida Nossa Senhora de Copacabana: banks, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and many shops. If you are an early riser, go to Copacabana beach to admire the beautiful sunrise. All of this is less than a block from the apartment.

Going and Coming
The nearest metro station to the apartment is Siqueira Campos. Bus stops for going to the city center or the beaches in the southern zone of Rio are all a 3-4 minute walk away. From the airport, the best way to get to the apartment is by taxi or Uber.

Other observations
Prices for stays during Carnival or New Year's Eve are different. For these periods, I offer packages of 4 nights or more. If you are interested in renting the apartment during one of these periods, please contact me to check availability and price. Everything is negotiable!
