The spacious primary suite on the first floor offers a tranquil retreat with a luxurious en-suite bathroom featuring double vanities, a garden soaking tub, and a walk-in shower with six side jets and a rainfall showerhead. A dedicated desk area is ideal for remote work or quiet correspondence.

Upstairs, a charming sitting area connects three thoughtfully designed guest bedrooms:
• King Room: Relax in a king bed and enjoy a cozy nook surrounded by windows.
• Full Room: Features a queen bed and a lovely alcove window, great for reading.
• Queen Room: Bright and airy with a full-size bed and abundant natural light.

Parking is easy with a two-vehicle tandem space. Please note: HOA policy does not allow boat or trailer parking.

For added fun, take advantage of the golf cart provided for cruising along Scenic Highway 98 to the beach (just 5 minutes to James Lee Park), local restaurants, and nearby attractions. Golf carts are not permitted on the main Highway 98 north of the property.
Located in the serene, family-friendly Crystal Beach neighborhood, Lei’d Back puts you steps from sugar-white sands and close to shopping, dining, and entertainment—all within walking distance or a short drive (or golf cart ride!).
