Place was just as advertised, plenty of space for 12 total people to stay, pool was well taken care of, and it was a very short walk to the beach.

This place is perfect for families. Close to shopping, and no roads to cross to beach.

Fantastic stay

Communication was clear, friendly and prompt. Everything was exactly as described, beach chairs and umbrellas in good condition. We had 7 adults and 5 children and everyone was comfortable and had a great time. Appreciated the safety of the locks on the doors and fencing around the property, as well as the fence around the pool. Would absolutely recommend and hope to stay again in the near future!

Exactly what we needed!

This was a great property with a short walk to a nice UNCROWDED beach. The private pool was perfect for the days we wanted to relax too. Would definitely stay again!!

Great place for large families.

If you’re looking for a place to stay for a large family, with grown children, this is it. Very clean. Great communication with the managers. Would definitely stay here again I highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Home Away From Home

This property was awesome for our huge family. There was room for everyone, even the kids had their own space with games. The pool was clean and maintained throughout the stay. Short walk to the beach and across the street from the outlets! Will certainly stay again!

Fantastic Florida Property, Just what we needed!

Overall 5 stars. Clean, comfortable and well furnished. Everything was just as advertised, great location and close to the beach. Communication was excellent and check in and out was a breeze. We will definitely be back! Thanks to all at Kimberly Lang!

Best Trip!

We took a group of 6 15 year old boys on a mom/son beach trip. The property was great. The 2 upstairs living areas were great bc the boys were able to have their own space. The property was super clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely use her properties for future trips!

Great stay

We had an amazing stay. Minus the slight inconvenience of having to go out everytime you wanted to go to the other side since there is no joining door. The property was clean. Lots of towels and blankets. Conveniently located to lots of different things. Communication with property management was awesome!

Maybe it's the mom in me, but the one thing that struck a chord was the fact that we flew there on an airplane which disabled any extra packing and then on arrival, having to supply my own paper products and condiments like salt and pepper, foil,cling wrap, dishsoap was VERY annoying, plus I had to leave those items at the house when we left. otherwise, nice house in a nice area

Nothing fancy but good location for the price

Short walk to the beach but very close to the main drag. Noisy. Amenities were decent. Recently got new living/dining furniture.

Family Vacation 2021

Our experience was wonderful. We really enjoyed the rental. We had lots of room and everything was so super clean and pretty. We wish the pans were better cooking quality but other than that we really enjoyed ourselves. The private pool was a big plus for everyone!!! We will be staying again!

Bachelor weekend - Deep sea fishing trip

We enjoyed our stay. Close to everything. House was in perfect shape and seemed to have been recently completely renovated (interior). Very clean. Will definitely consider for next fishing trip!

Great Stay

Very nice clean property. We rented both sides. Recently remodeled. Not too far from the beach. The private pool was worth it. Kitchen upstairs which was a surprise. We would consider staying here again!

Great location!

We liked having multiple living room spaces to accommodate children and adults. The communication was excellent and response times quick. Wish the pool was heated but that didn’t stop the boys from having fun! We would definitely go back

Beach trip

I was impressed with the house and the online pictures were accurate to the house. I also enjoyed the extra beaches towels included and the beach chairs in the closet. I enjoyed having a hose on the front porch to clean my feet from sand. Only complaint was I wish it was connected to the other side on the top level. Because it was a lot stairs to go up to was all.

Perfect for a girls trip

Short walk to the beach. We had a few minor issues but nothing major. The pool area could use some work. The fence is falling in some places. Overall we had a great time and will be looking into renting the house again next year.
