The Space:
Master Bedroom: This spacious bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom for added privacy and convenience. Bedroom Two: This bedroom offers two single beds, perfect for children or individual guests. Bedroom Three: This bedroom provides flexible sleeping arrangements with one queen bed and two single beds, accommodating various group sizes.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire house, including the kitchen, living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and outdoor spaces such as the garden. There is plenty of parking on-site as well as lake access, and a BBQ grill.

The Neighborhood:
The property is nestled in the tranquil lakeside community of Hannah's Bay, approximately a 10-minute drive from Rotorua's central business district (CBD). This charming neighborhood offers a blend of permanent residents and holidaymakers, creating a relaxed atmosphere. Just a short stroll away, you'll find the Hannah's Bay boat ramp, perfect for launching your boat or enjoying waterside activities. For families, a fantastic playground is also conveniently located nearby, offering a great space for children to play and have fun.

Getting Around:
Public transport is accessible, though we recommend having your own vehicle. Free parking is available on the premises and on the street. The Rotorua Airport (ROT) is approximately a 15-minute drive away, and the Rotorua Central Business District is about a 10-minute drive. For exploring the area, having a car provides the most flexibility.

Perfect family vacation

Our stay was perfect, the house was well presented and perfectly clean. Location is very handy and we have stayed here twice now - we will definitely stay again.

The property was great and was comfortable to stay in with easy access to the lake and waterfront walks. The managers allowed us to take our dogs with us and they loved it and we really appreciated it.Check in was easy and we look forward to coming back again soon.Thanks again for letting us stay :-)

This location was excellent! Hosts were very helpful and provided everything for a wonderful stay. The house sits right along the water with fantastic views during morning coffee or to sit and relax in the evening. The house had plenty of space and all amenities we needed were provided. The location was perfect as it was close to downtown but also only 10 minutes from Hell’s Gate Spa. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again when next in Rotorua.

We had good stay and photos don’t do justice as property is even better in person.We are certainly visiting again, there were some spiders and webs inside the house but i guess that is given considering the location.We are still visiting again in the near future
