Kirkwood Cottage is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home designed for comfort and privacy. You’ll enter through a private gate off the shared driveway that provides guest parking for up to two vehicles. An open floor plan with vaulted ceilings makes the space feel airy and cozy at the same time. The screened side porch is the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails. And there’s a completely fenced-in backyard and patio.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to cook a great meal if you choose to stay in.

There’s a gas fireplace in the open living area, along with a TV with premium cable and Roku to stream Netflix, Hulu, etc. There's plenty of comfortable seating and a dining table that extends to seat six.

The master bedroom has a king bed with a new memory foam mattress, down comforter, down and foam pillow choices and cable tv. The spacious, spa-like master bath has a large shower.

In the second bedroom, there’s a queen bed with a new memory foam mattress, down comforter, down and foam pillow choices and cable tv. The guest bath has a tub/shower combo, pedestal sink.

Other amenities include a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, free wifi, books, magazines, games, and a stereo system. We provide a hair dryer, soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner.

Keyless entry makes it easy to come and go at your convenience.

Interaction with guests
We live on site unless we are traveling, in which case we will have a local contact as well as being accessible by call or text. We are experienced landlords and are here for you!

We have a friendly dog but he has no access to your property - unless you want him to come say hello.
