Located in the heart of 12th South and less than 3 miles from Broadway, this loft-style 2 bedroom/2 bathroom penthouse is the ultimate destination for an upscale Nashville escape! Professionally designed with thoughtful touches at every turn, you and your guests will be able to unwind in privacy, without ever being far from the action.



This listing is for a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in a 7-unit building located in the heart of 12th South. Both bedrooms offer luxurious king beds, and both have an en suite full bathroom for your convenience. Washers/dryers are IN unit, making for easy laundry. Tall, vaulted ceilings allow for a true city feel on a tree-lined lovely street.

Here are a few simple reminders for your stay:



- We cherish our neighborhood and kindly ask that you treat our neighbors and properties with the same care as your own home.

- We typically do not host local residents and may ask about the purpose of your stay. We reserve the right to decline bookings if necessary.

- There is a refundable security deposit of $500 charged separately before check in for any reservations between 30 days and 6 month, and a deposit of $1,000 charged separately before check in for any reservations over 6 months.

- Guests must be at least 18 years old to book with us.

- As is standard with all of our homes, we do request additional guest verification including signing a liability agreement after booking.



Interaction with Guests:

We pride ourselves on responding as quickly as possible to our guests. We also have the capability of providing add-on optional concierge services by request, and can facilitate anything from a stocked refrigerator to arranging for onsite entertainment, dinner reservations, etc. We look forward to hosting you!
