Important Alerts
Guests should be aware of the following:

Throughout 2025, the Town of Hilton Head Island will be completing a Beach Renourishment Project to restore erosion of several areas of the beaches. To better understand the areas and schedule for the upcoming year, please visit here: Beach Renourishment Program.

Construction Updates
Beginning May 1, 2025, through Aug. 31, 2025, the resort will be undergoing our Elevator Modernization project. Throughout this time, there will be work done in each building on one elevator at a time. This will leave just one available elevator per building during its scheduled maintenance. Please contact the Front Desk for further details.

Beginning June 9, 2025, through July 2, 2025, the resort will be undergoing an updated WiFi installation. Throughout this time there may be intermittent WiFi and/or TV outages. Additionally, our internet access vendor, along with a member of the Barony team, will briefly need to enter villas to complete this project. Please contact the Front Desk for further details.
