Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is the perfect family vacation spot. Our condo is on the third floor of the highly sought-after Admiral's Row building. Take the elevator up to our fully renovated two bedroom/two bath unit. The resort has the largest ocean front pool on the island. Bike rentals on site as well as activities for the kids. Two on site restaurants, one of which is oceanfront. There is even a snow cone and ice cream stand! We have provided everything you could need including beach towels, cart, and chairs. As well as a pack n play and stroller.
*There is a $35 parking pass fee charged per vehicle*

Clean, stocked with everything and anything you would need and Heather was easy to reach with questions! Our family had a great time! I do wish the balcony had more sun. The view below our balcony was rows of POD storage containers in the parking lot. I’m sure this is due to updates happening in the buildings. That was disappointing and took the island feel away from any balcony time. The pools and beach were perfect. Our kids had so much fun on the beach with the boogie boards that were provided by Heather! Gators around the ponds on the grounds were a hit with the kids.

Spring Break Trip

We visited with our 3 year old and 5 year old and have never stayed at a better stocked VRBO. We had everything we needed for the beach, games, puzzles, toys, plenty of towels, kitchen utensils etc. the pool and ocean were too cold to swim in during March but the beach and playground offered endless hours of play for our littles. Thank you Heather for a great stay

Relaxing weekend getaway

Property was clean, very nice, great location and the host was exceptionally nice. She gave us all kinds of ideas on places to go, things to see, and where to eat. She was also very attentive to our needs and quick to communicate. Highly recommend.

Wonderful week on Hilton Head Island

We loved our time on Hilton Head Island and the condo was perfect for our family of four. Heather was so helpful and easy to communicate with. The property was clean and updated with nice touches such as a well stocked coffee bar and lots of beach equipment. Less then a five minute walk to the beautiful, wide beach. Nice central location on the island, nothing was more then 15 minutes away. Great week!

Great Space for those with young children

Heather was fantastic to work with and made the entire process from start to finish so simple. The location of the condo was perfect and only required a 2 min walk down the parking lot to the private beach access. This house has just about every beach goodie you could need, esp for a small child (chairs, umbrella, toys, wagon, soft coolers, etc...). We flew down and brought our 15 month old with us so the stroller and pack and play at the house was absolutely clutch. There's toys in the house for a wide range of ages and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked. Last but not least, Heather did not require all of those extra steps when checking out that other rentals ask for (strip beds, take out trash, collect towels, etc...). All she asked for was to run the dishwasher and we were on our way. Overall - I HIGHLY recommend this listing as the owner is great to work with and the condo was incredibly well accommodating to those families with young children.

Great Coastal Farmhouse Vibe

We had an incredible stay and made lots of lasting memories at HHI! This condo is beautifully decorated, clean and well stocked. The bedding and living spaces are very comfortable and inviting and we loved the coastal farmhouse decor throughout. The attention to detail made this property feel like our home away from home and came equipped with lots of extras including a well stocked coffee station, beach chairs, wagon, toys, towels… The elevator and on- site laundry down the hall is very convenient, and the balcony was comfortable and spacious, giving us a partial view of the ocean and a full view of a pond. We loved the end unit as it has more windows bringing in lots of natural light. We also love that this property has its own convenient beach access that was great for our early morning walks. We enjoyed the access to biking trails, the trolly, the pool, and poolside tiki bar, ice cream stand, beach, and on site restaurants/ pub. Everything is in close proximity to one another and although we ventured out a couple of days to explore the rest of the island and do some sightseeing and shopping, there is no real need to leave this property because it has everything you need for a relaxing stay! Heather was very attentive and welcoming. She shared some great recommendations and made sure we had a flawless experience. It is evident that she cares about her home and their renters. We look forward to booking this property again!

We have been coming to Hilton Head Island for several years, and recently purchased this villa. We are excited to share it with you! We love that Hilton Head Beach and Tennis has three on site restaurants. Once being oceanfront. We hope that your stay with create memories that last a lifetime!!

This complex is beachfront with 3 onsite restaurants, 2 pools, coin laundry, bike rentals, gym, playground, catch/release pond, scheduled children's activates during peak season. There is 24 security. We love the convenience of the onsite restaurants. The food is good and the drinks are amazing!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our villa is newly renovated, all of the linens, bedding, towels are new. Including a fully stocked kitchen along with a coffee bar.
The 3 onsite restaurants provide an way to feed your family without cooking. Ride your bike to them without any traffic worries. There is a snow cone and ice cream hut at the pool. Our kids love this feature!!
