A circa 1914 relocated heritage weatherboard church - centrally located - restored to former glory and curated with one-off vintage finds. Exclusively yours to enjoy. A large open space, soaring ceilings, amazing coloured glass windows. Two double beds, full kitchen, deep clawfoot bath, set within a private tree-lined block. Breakfast provisions for first morning included, don't rush out, start your day at a slower pace. Fully insulated and airconditioned to make every season comfortable. Charming cottage garden with a private backyard that is peaceful with amazing birdlife. Short flat walk to CBD - art gallery, cafes, restaurants, boutiques and regular markets. Off street parking for one vehicle plus plenty of on street parking.

Simple and unique

I recently stayed at Kim’s place in Mudgee and absolutely loved it.The converted church makes it a truly unique and memorable stay – you can tell a lot of care and love went into making it special.It’s also close to town, and wow, the beds were incredibly comfortable!

Unique and beautifull stay.

Stunning, beautiful converted church. The atmosphere was unique, and gorgeous. The beautiful stained glass windows and high ceilings were beautiful. It was loveky and clean.The location was terrific- a short stroll into town.

Cute and adorable church

Everything as described. Amazing history with this property that oozes charm. Only negative is the noisy road that may bother light sleepers, but I got used to it after the second night.

A unique, perfectly charming & beautiful conversion! Immaculately clean. Cozy and comfortable. Short walk in to town if you want to eat out/explore, otherwise everything you need to stay in.

A beautiful base to explore Mudgee

The church was ideal for me as a base to explore Mudgee and the surrounding region. It was close to the walking trail along the creek and just a short walk from town. With its completely open space and stained glass windows, it was lovely to come back to after a day of bushwalking or scenic driving. It was a coincidence that I had almost certainly seen the church in its former location in Blackville. So there was an added connection. It is on a major road into and out of town which may bother some but was not a problem for me. I had a real holiday here.
