Everything was as described

The property and the location were spectacular. Very quiet neighborhood but still convenient to the places we visited. The home was very clean as was the pool and hot tub area. Very impressed with the property and we will definitely keep this one in mind for a return trip.

The house was nice and pool and view were amazing. Master bedroom TV was broken when we got there the next morning we got up there was water on the floor in the kitchen. There was a leak in the fridge. They did replace both within a day. Also, the hot tub was broke and two of the dock chairs on the dock were broke. It took 10 days for the hot tub to be fixed and the dock chairs were never replaced. I did send four messages through. VRBO and two text none of which were answered when I did talk to someone I asked for some type of refund because we didn’t have the hot tub for half of our visit was told they would get back to me and they never got back to me.in my opinion the communication was not good.

Thank you for your feedback. We are so glad you had a wonderful time, except for the maintenance items that were addressed right away. The owner is in the process of rebuilding the dock. We taped off the dock and notated within the description that it was unavailable. The dock chairs will be replaced upon completion. Royal Shell did provide a refund due to the hot tub not working during the last week of your stay. We look forward to seeing you again during your next vacation. Royal Shell Vacations

Zen Villa January 25-February 8, 2025

Zen Villa is in a beautiful safe-feeling neighborhood. The house is bright and spacious. Good storage. The bedrooms could each use a chair. The lower platform on the water is very nice to spend time. Do not expect the pool/hot tub to function as pictured.

Completely as adverstised.

Property was as advertised. Plenty of room for our family (my wife and I, plus adult sons). Nice to have full size beds in all rooms and with each room having own bathroom.The location is out a ways, but is worth couple extra minutes for the very quiet neighborhood. The canal view was great and very pleasant. The pool and especially the hot tub were enjoyed everyday of our 2 week stay! Cheers!

Great location

The home was located in a great neighborhood, very quiet with minimum traffic and easy access to restaurants, etc. The home was very clean and ample cookware and plates, etc. The major concern was that the home was advertised as having a heated pool and hot tub. This, however, did NOT hold true. Although the weather started out a little cool, it quickly warmed up but the heater for the pool and spa was never able to warm the water enough to use the pool. We asked about how to heat the hot tub so we could use it but were told NOT to touch anything. A member of the management team came out and set the tub to heat and run for us (very inconvenient). By the time the tub heated enough to get in it, most of the water had evaporated. A new switch was finally installed for the hot tub but we were only able to use it for the last three days we were there. That being said, everything else about the house was very nice.

Thank you for your valuable feedback. We are glad that you enjoyed the home and convenient locations of the nearby restaurants. During your stay there was a cold front that did come through where some nights dipped down into the 50’s. The pool heat is set at 86 degrees and with the cooler nights, made it difficult for the pool temperature getting up to the 86 degrees. The pool heat is on a set programmed setting to ensure it does not misused. The spa is set for 104 degrees from 7pm -11 pm. The owner did install a switch so that the spa could be turned on/ out throughout the day. We do hope to see you and your family again during your next vacation to our area.
