Gorgeous bayside home in the Brant Beach Yacht Club area and eight houses from the beach. Home offers 4 bedrooms, Family Room with Queen size pull out sofa bed and deck and 3 1/2 bathrooms . Primary bedroom is on the top floor with an on suite bath. Open concept for LR, DR and Kitchen! Elevator access to all 3 levels. Outdoor shower, paver patio with furniture and fenced yard. 2 Natural Gas Grills, one on ground level, the other on the deck. Owner provides 2 beach umbrellas, 4 beach chairs and 8 beach badges.NO PETS, NO PROMS!
