Great location! Pool was fantastic! Enough seating for us in the dining and living area. We had a great family get together. Neighbor was nice and helpful. Great weatherSome cosmetic issues but nothing that would stop me from renting here again. There is some attention needed in master bathing upper level toilet is tilted/crooked and it keeps running. Regular bath in middle floor has mold and water damage by the front of bath tub. I would suggest some new pot, pans, silverware, and a new coffee pot.

Excellent communication with host, great location. Lots of space for 2 adults and 10 teenagers/young adults.We did have a few minor issues. Kitchen freezer wasn't working, they had a new one but it wasn't replaced yet. One bed broke, looked like it had been repaired previously and rebroke. Light in one bathroom wouldn't stay on. Overall good rating.

The Perfect Vacation for the Whole Family

The house was spacious. There was plenty of room for our family that included 5 grandsons ages 4-10. They loved the heated pool! The outdoor kichen was a great place for the family meals. The view was spectacular. We loved the short walk to the beach.The chairs and umbrellas made it easier for packing up the car. It would be great if linens were included or information to rent them provided.

Lovely House and Amazing Location

Overall, we had a great stay. The House had everything that you could want and the outdoor area with pool, large dining table, grill, and chairs were all wonderful. The easy walk to the beach was the biggest advantage as it made things so much easier with small kids. We enjoyed the lovely views from the decks and rooftops and the kitchen had everything we needed for meals. Our only complaint was that one of the bedrooms was misrepresented in a picture and made my in-laws stay rather cramped. Other than this, we all gave the house high reviews.

Great location and layout!

We had a wonderful stay at this property for 2 weeks. House was as advertised. Great location, great layout and well equipped. Property manager was super responsive on questions etc as well. Highly recommend.

Great Stay for Memorial Day

The house was perfect for our extended family. The top floor kitchen and great room was great for hanging out at breakfast and late evenings. The deck has a great view of the ocean and the rooftop deck was nice for the sunsets over the bay! The ground level outdoor BBQ/Bar and Pool area were perfect for post beach BBQs. There is also a pool table which was a nice surprise. The location was perfect. 100 yards to the beach and a short drive to the supermarket.

Girls weekend!

The house is beautiful and the location right across from the beach was perfect. The only thing we were disappointed in was the pool was not open. I guess I saw a review that the pool was left open till October so that confused me when it was not open during our stay but overall we had the best time and enjoyed our girls trip!

Beautiful home, best views!

Wonderful week in a beautiful house - just across the street from the beach, sip your morning coffee on one of the comfortable decks with the sound of waves in your ears - great pool for the kids after a day on the sand. Lots of room, house is clean and well appointed.

Location was superior. This beautiful house is definitely showing its wear and has some maintenance issues, but the location cannot be beat.

Lovely island lovely house

Be aware there are NO TOWELS / LINENS / SOAPS / etc. Pool heater was broken. Otherwise 10/10 stay the house is beautiful and awesome location for the beach.

BEACH HOUSE

Very nice house within easy walking distance to the ocean. Owner was nice enough to allow heated pool to stay open to Oct 2 to allow use by my family and also allowed us an early check in. Comfortable clean house would be ideal for a summer rental because of the location.
