Esta nueva casa limpia y espaciosa cuenta con 4 dormitorios y 3. 5 baños. La planta superior cuenta con un plan de piso abierto con cocina, comedor y sala de estar perfecto para el entretenimiento familias numerosas. Esta área también incluye una isla de cocina con taburetes, altavoces de techo, chimenea lineal de 6 ', electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimeras de granito personalizadas. Salir de esta zona a través de un par de correderas de vidrio en una envoltura alrededor de terraza que conduce a una terraza en la azotea de gran tamaño con vistas al océano y la bahía. La parte cubierta de la terraza y la terraza de la azotea también cuentan con parlantes exteriores. El ascensor se extiende desde el nivel del garaje hasta el 3er nivel superior para mayor comodidad y accesibilidad. El garaje es un área recreativa terminada con una pantalla plana de 55 ", muebles, mini refrigerador y mesa de billar.

Excellent location is made even better with the panoramic rooftop views! Property is well equipped with anything you might need from a fully stocked kitchen to the game room, bikes, outdoor games and beach badges. Beautiful home! They have thought of everything!

Great new beach house!

Excellent beach house for the family! Hop over LBI BLVD and you’re on the beach. Great roof deck for sunsets. Great communication with Brian. My only complaint is having to supply our own TP and Paper Towels. Looking at next year for 2 weeks.

Beautiful house, great location

We had an amazing week in Beach Haven at this beautiful house. The garage was a big hit with the family as it is set up as a game room. It has a pool table, ping pong and other guys that the family (myself included) enjoyed playing. Owner was very responsive to our questions. House was in perfect condition. We could walk to the beach and the bay. Plenty of room for all to stay. I would highly recommend this house.

5 stars. Everything as advertised (if not, better). House is in impeccable condition with everything you need and then some. Great location. Relaxing dinners on the upper deck off the living room and kitchen, with your favorite tunes playing on the Sonos inside and out. Amazing sunsets from the rooftop deck, also with your tunes playing on the Sonos :) Kids completely occupied in the basement game room on our one rainy day. Weber grill out back. Huge outdoor shower. Plenty of beach gear if you don’t bring your own or need extra. Outstanding host. Great communication. Super friendly. Have been coming to LBI for over 20 years. Would definitely rent again.

The Franks family is awesome! The property was immaculate and looked brand new. Highly recommended!

My family and I have been going to LBI for many years, this house was my favorite. It has everything you would need. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, awesome outdoor shower, beach toys/games for kids and adults, an awesome indoor game room in basement and so much more. Our crew had an amazing time and I would highly recommend booking this property. As a matter of fact, as soon as my wife has her vacation weeks approved, I will be certain to try and book it again. But, book fast because there is just no way that this place will stay vacant for very long at all. Thank you Franks Family! -Jimmy, Jamie & Family

We had a great stay and the owner was a pleasure to work with. short 5 minute walk to the beach and house has everything we needed for adults and small kids. cooked in most nights and kitchen was nicely equipped. outdoor grill was outstanding

Great beach house for the family!

Rented this house with my in-laws, wife, and kids...great location, quick walk to the beach and bay. Near some restaurants but not much, a lot of places you want to go are just a quick drive away though. Very clean, owner very communicative, and the house is prepped with everything you need for a beach vacay. My only critique is the elevator is a little wonky...other than that I give this a 5/5.

LBI Gem

Everything about our stay was wonderful! Brian was so easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The house is everything you could want in a beach home. Clean, spacious, well thought out and beautiful. The proximity to the beach was an easy walk but LBI also has an amazing free transport service called the Gators. My mom loved being picked up by the friendly staff and transported right to the beach where we set up. The number for this service is 609-342-2111 just so you don't have to search for it. The house is stocked with games, beach necessities and all the kitchen appliances you will need. Some of the things we enjoyed most about this home are: The roof deck with the Sono speaker system located on all levels of the house. The basement/garage that has a TV, ping pong, pool, fuzbol and a small refrigerator. The Franks family has a great home to share, don't hesitate to book it for your family to enjoy :)

This house is was fully equipped, well planned out, great roof deck. Immaculately clean, quiet and comfortable. The house has an elevator which is great for groceries and luggage. Outdoor shower is nice. Good amount of beach chairs. The owner is responsive.

Beautiful property and very well maintained!

The Frank family couldn’t have been more inviting. The house was emaculate stocked with everything you could need and more! We used the kitchen a lot and grilled most meals!! We rented with two other families and the layout worked out perfectly. The kids had a blast hanging out on the desk during the morning hours or evenings watching the sunset. Also hanging in the garage area filled with kid fun! Easy walk to the beach, just a block away. We absolutely loved staying here! We most definitely will be coming back! Outstanding Outstanding Outstanding!!!!!!

Our vacation was OUTSTANDING!!!!

This house was immaculate, well designed, beautifully decorated, close to the beach and was just the perfect place for our family vacation. The Franks' were very kind and they truly thought of everything you might need to make your stay at their home, perfect. We loved the well designed living area, we appreciated the well suited game room, loved the multiple decks and the elevator was especially helpful when bringing in groceries. The ages of our children ranged from 11 up to 21 years old. We are proud of our choice in selecting this rental. We HIGHLY recommend the Franks' gorgeous home for your next stay. We will be back!!

Better than Advertised

Big family wedding on LBI, this house was perfect. Elevator made it easy for seniors to get from floor to floor. Kids loved the game room, showers were amazing. Day after wedding, everyone stopped by to watch football on 65" tv. Roof deck offered views of both ocean and bay. Clean, everything was first class. Thank you

P E R F E C T!!

A well apppointed home. Working with owner was effortless via VRBO app. Everything communicated ahead of time with regards to arrival, stay and departure. "How To" instructions done well - we figured out how to work TV/Speaker System/Cooling etc.. A perfect home for our Girls Weekend while attending Chowder Fest. Would definitely recommend the home to others and would stay there again. We especially enjoyed the covered main floor deck and rooftop deck. Did not want to leave, but hopefully will be back soon!

Beautiful, brand new, spacious beach house!

We had a wonderful vacation in Long Beach Island. The beach house was immaculate and very spacious with every amenity you could think of including a game room on the lower level. All the bedrooms were very nice. The homeowner was a pleasure to work with.

A beautiful week at 1 Culver

My family and I cannot say enough about our stay at this LBI Beachouse. Everything was there for our stay, fully equipped with everything you would need. My grandchildren enjoyed the deck views, the beach and more. They enjoyed the games in the basement, we played pool And other games. Perhaps one suggestion would be grab bars in the showers. That being said, I cannot say enough good things about our stay and if we would certainly plan our stay here. Thank you Brian and Family for opening your home to us. Vincent L. Beautiful Jersey Shore Beach House!

Stayed here a week with my family and it didn't dissapoint! Long Beach Island really has Jersey's best beaches...safe, clean, lots of room and no solicitators! And, 1 W. Culver...was beautiful! How can you beat a brand new, super clean beach home, w/elevator, amazing views and a very short walk to a great beach. We really liked the open layout with spacious kitchen and dining area connecting to the large living room and attached deck with views. Living room was perfect for entertaining with huge flat screen tv, built in speakers and a comfortable sectional couch. For amazing, breathtaking views in every direction...make sure you take a walk up to the rooftop deck. Wife was very happy that all the bedrooms were right next to eachother making it easy to watch the kids...and they really enjoyed the game room w/pool table and other games on the first level. Definitely will be back!

It's a new, clean, spacious and only 10 houses to the beach. The home was designed for multi-family enjoyment and offers both bay and ocean views. The rooftop deck features music, lights and a great sunset view. The garage area is converted into a recreation area with pool table, foosball, 55" flat-screen and mini-frige.

We're just a quick walk to the beach, which is so convenient if you need to run back and forth throughout the day. With the shuttle that runs up & down the island you could literally go anywhere on the island without having to drive. You can also walk to Kubel's Too Resturant, Pinky Shrimp's and Joey's pizza which are all just 4 blocks away!
