To maintain this quality, please avoid contact with makeup, fake tan, body lotions, or other substances that may cause stains or damage. A replacement fee of $150 will apply for any linen that is marked or damaged. Thank you for helping us keep our space beautiful for all guests.

👉 Longer Stays:
For stays over 14 days, a mid-stay clean is required and will be arranged at the guest's expense. This ensures the property is well-maintained for your comfort.

👉 Pet-friendly Property:
A pet fee of $25 per day applies, payable prior to your stay. Please ensure your furry friend is well-behaved and cared for during your visit. We reserve the right to reject your pet request if we deem your pet unsuitable for the property.

👉 Parking Information:
Our property features driveway parking for one to two cars. For your safety and convenience, on-street and driveway parking are not permitted.

As part of living in Australias natural environment, we want to let you know that household pests such as ants, cockroaches, flies, lizards, snakes, spiders etc are common in Australia and are more common during the spring and summer seasons. While we take every preventative measure to minimise their presence – including regular cleaning between each guest, pest control treatments, and secure food storage – their occasional appearance is something we cannot fully control and they may surface during your stay. If this occurs please reach out and we'll happily assist to rectify this where we can.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest portal. Prior to check-in, you will be required to sign a rental agreement before being provided with your arrival instructions.
Strictly no parties or events. You will be evicted without refunds.

Amazing propery right on the beach

As we drove up, I thought "oh no, it's on a main road and it's only a shack". But when we got inside we were very impressed. No road noise (not that there's much traffic anyway as we found out) as the walls are brick. And the layout inside is great. Each bedroom has its own aircon which is not common with rentals. Bonus. We stayed in many rentals on our W.A. trip from Melbourne for 1 month ... this was the best! Would recommend!
