Happy Ours! Newly Renovated - Private Heated Pool, Screened in Lanai

NOTE: Pool currently not usable, but heated community pool just a short walk away is available to our guests.

Renovated and newly furnished in 2024, Happy Ours is exactly what you have been looking for in your next Florida vacation. This 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom home offers lots of space for the whole family, a screened in outdoor patio, and most importantly, a private heated pool.

As you enter the front door, you will we welcomed by tall ceilings and thoughtfully decorated interior. The master bedroom offers a king size bed, smart TV, sliding door acccess to the screened in patio, as well as an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and walk-in shower. On the opposite side of the home you will find two guest bedrooms with a queen size bed and TV, as well as two twin size beds. Guest bathrooms share a hallway bathroom with shower/ tub combination. Although we don't recommend bringing any work along during your stay, we understand that you may not always be able to escape such responsibility and an office with desk is available as well.

The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances and lots of cooking utensils, and the dining table seats up to 6 people. A small breakfast nook table for 4 people is available inside the kitchen space along with a full size washer and dryer behind closet doors.

The outdoor area offers a large screened in patio with dining table that seats up to 6 people, as well as a propane BBQ. Just outside the patio is the private heated pool and a few sunloungers with umbrella. The two car garage is available to you during your stay.
