The place was a dump! Dirty, stained carpets, cracked ceramic tiles & trip hazards, old and worn furniture and bedding, holes in walls, sinks with chipped ceramic and rusted fixtures. We stayed one night, washed the bedding, and checked out. I cannot recommend this place.

VRBO Bradenton

Great location, community pool, tennis courts, pickleball court, basketball courts and playground were really nice. VRBO was accurate in its advertising. Carpets could have been cleaned but we were happy overall with our stay.

Business conference

Close to everything, minutes to downtown, restaurants, Beach and airport. Very well kept, quite neighborhood.

State Track

It was perfect for relaxing between races. Easy location to get to and from IMG for MS State Track meet. Kids enjoyed staying. Definitely will recommend to other families going to the area.

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed our stay it had everything we needed for a mini vacation very very clean. The showers were excellent. Great water pressure. Comfortable beds. Enjoyed drinking morning, coffee outside on the patio. Can’t say enough it was a perfect place to stay. I would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again

Clean, spacious, comfortable, quiet: perfect

We are traveling the east coast as a family of 7 from The Netherlands. Our stay at this property was very well liked. House is as advertised or better. Beds comfortable, everything clean and it’s a quiet area. Plenty of things to see and do in the vicinity! Fully recommended

Perfect location for IMG Academy

My daughter was at IMG for a week and the Vrbo was only about 15 minutes away from the campus in case there were any issues. Nice, clean place. Not too far from most restaurants and shopping. Really large master suite was nice. Nothing flashy but plenty of room. Would try again next summer if we are back.

Great Place to Stay

We enjoyed our month long stay in this Bradenton home. It is in a safe, quiet well maintained neighborhood. The location was ideal...close to I-75, many good restaurants, CVS, Publix, Walmart etc. The kitchen was nicely stocked, neat, and organized with great appliances, including a large washer and dryer. We enjoyed the many "extras" such as a Keurig, new vacuum cleaner, crock pot, nice grill, iron/ironing board, safe, beach items etc. The master suite is spacious and we slept great! I can't say for certain but I truly believe all the mattresses are brand new. The owner and caretaker were both very responsive and helpful. This is a great property!

The saving grace of this property is that they had a good house cleaner.

Walked into the home and the carpets were so stained. Not stains here and there - all over the carpets. Stains from years of use. Not filthy, but made you think it was because of the stains from years of traffic. I'm guessing they are the original carpets. Opened the dishwasher and saw a couple of cockroaches (we called and they did get someone out to spray the next day). We had issues with smoke detectors going off, ADT alarms going off almost every day (and night). WI-FI service not dependable. Lots of smaller things not working. Good things about the home: The neighborhood seemed good/safe. And the best thing about the home was the house cleaner. Whoever this person uses is very good - and even though the house is dated, and needed repairs, it was clean. Also, the pool area was a very nice setting.

No clean and unresponsive

There were several challenges with this last visit. 1) I reached out 2 days prior to our check in date to get the address of the property. The host never responded to my request for the information 2) When I entered the Property, there was a cockroach on the wall below the clock. 3) The property wasn’t managed well. The front door had wear marks and the remote controls didn’t work for the TV. 4) I brought these concerns up to the property manager looking for assurance that these concerns would be addressed. I never got a response from the manager. Ultimately, I won’t be booking this property again, based on the above.

Family get together

We loved the stay at this property. The proximity to everything worked well for the two families with 5 kids. My only feedback would be kitchen related. Everything was high seating and this was very hard for the children. No options for them other than eating outside which we had cool days so this wasn’t an option the few days we were there. Also everything was glass - would recommend plastic bowls and plates to make this super kid friendly:

FAMILY VACATION

I took my family on a week long vacation to the Sarasota area and to see relatives in Lakewood Ranch. This house was great! Very clean and neat. A lot of room and we loved the layout. All other places we tried to get denied us because of our 4 children. Not here though! I would rent this again without hesitation if I needed to. We even lost a tablet and went back to get it and the care taker was very welcoming. If you're staying in the area I would recommend a stay here.

Good Vacation Home

We rented this home for a week. This home is roomy with a nice backyard. The rooms are all a good size. The kitchen was good size with a laundry room between kitchen and garage. The pool table was very fun for all. The community pool was very clean and large. Neighbors were very quiet and the neighborhood is extremely safe. The overall location of the home was perfect with grocery store, Starbucks, restaurants, gas and everything you could ever need within a couple miles from the house. The homeowner was responsive and nice. There were a few upgrades that I wished this location had. The master bedroom King Mattress was VERY uncomfortable; the quality of a sofa mattress - super springy and zero support. My husband tossed and turned most of the night, and that would bounce me so much that I would wake up. I slept on the living room sofa for the week. The master bedroom door doesn't close all the way or lock. There needs to be a chain on the from door for security, anyone with the code could come through the front door. There is a chime that can be heard but I would prefer a chain for no entry vs. entry and I can hear you are in the home. The home was very dusty , I would have dusted the home but there I never found Pledge or dusting tools. I always ask my family, do you want to stay here again? I received mixed answers, most complained about the uncomfortable mattresses. They loved the size of the home, amenities and location but not the beds.

Highly recommend this property!

Kenneth was quick to respond to messages so easy to reach. The property was very clean and comfortable. My family was very pleased. I highly recommend this home for a family as there is ample room to gather and enjoy.

The Villa is just over 7 miles from downtown Bradenton where shopping and dining awaits. You may also visit Riverside Park, museum, and Manatee Performing Arts Center.
Local community amenities include a playground, pool, tennis, volleyball, and basketball court.
We are 45 min south of Tampa.
