LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING: No parking space within the complex - there is free street parking in front of the complex.
Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.

This is an honest property! It has everything there we need for a comfortable stay. it is easy to check in with clear instructions so we could arrive in the evening when we wanted. The host answered queries within minutes. it is close to shops and a coffee house and easy parking on the street. It is quiet and comfortable. We have stayed there before when we visit Canberra and will stay again
