It is in the perfect location amd very neat and clean. It is well equipped. A few little issues with hot water not always available and internet dropping out. One issue with toilet but the owner had it fixed as soon as possible. Would highly recommend just need to time your showers.

Amazing location and the room is nice, everything else is

The property is really close to all amenities and very easy to get to. Secure and free parking available- easy to get to from room to parking. The actual room downstairs and upstairs is nice, reasonably clean, the bed and pillows comfy. My reason for low rating is due to: No hot water to shower for 2 days. We tried one day during lunch time and another day quite early in the morning- no luck. Another day, waited 5 or so minutes to have some lukewarm water running to have a quick shower. Secondly, AVOID if you are a light sleeper!!! Every single footstep by other residents can be heard, the walls are paper thin and you will hear all any foot traffic. The footsteps above the bedroom goes on till late at night, so I would be mindful if sleep is precious to you. The toilet upstairs doesn’t fit with water and will make hissing noise all night- we were too afraid to use it so used only the dstairs one that worked well. We used the microwave and oven- both worked well.

The room next door was under renovation, and the sound of hammers and electric drills could be heard through the wall until late at night, which was scary. Although we booked for four people, only one bed was provided, and the sofa bed in the living room was bumpy, smelly, and unsanitary and unusable.

Nice space. Handy location

Overall the property provided what we needed for our stay. Clean and tidy. Good facilities. The Gym was handy. Parking was easy. The downside was the sporadic nature of tge hot water early in the morning which would be an issue during winter. Appears to be an ongoing issue I n the building. Being on the street level traffic noise during the day was at times significant.

Great place to stay beautiful apartment and location was excellent, short walk to everything you could need. Very comfortable bed. Only downside was water wasn’t very hot in the morning for a shower. But overall an excellent place to stay.

Great location, appreciated the parking space. However, it's a little noisy, both the hot water & internet were intermittent. The issue with the fridge, & last minute details of how to gain access to the apartment were exactly that, last minute. All good once we had a person to contact.

Cold stay

The place was modern and clean but freezing cold. The aircon is too small to heat the place. Also there were some building works going on so we had no view only scaffolding to look at. This wasn't mentioned otherwise we would have stayed somewhere else

Enjoyable comfortable stay with good facilities. Nice to be able to cook at the accommodation. There were a few things we would have liked but they didn't impact our stay. A star rating for communication with the property manager was required but no communication was necessary.

Great spot, close to centre (For shopping and eating out) and lake (For walking). Downside. The shower needs a handrail.

Nearly a 5-star rating

We loved our stay. It was a great location - we could walk everywhere. It was clean and comfortable. I was really surprised with the bed. When I sat on it initially, I felt that it was really soft and I dreaded the nights as my back is very sensitive to bad mattresses. So I was pleasantly surprised that I slept well and did not wake up with any back pain, which is quite unusual for me after staying at holiday properties. I would have given a 5-star rating but there were a few amenities that need addressing. There is no dryer. I would have been fine with that if there was a clothes horse that I could put outside on the patio. Also, there needs to be a safety rail in the bath. It is a high bath and the area of the bath where you are trying to leave the bath, is slippery. This could lead to an accident. Thirdly, we found the vacuum was ineffective in sucking up the mess on the floor and no mop and bucket was supplied. Another criticism, and this is mainly only for silly people like myself. In the email sent by the owner, it was explained that the security box with the key, was on the right side near where the table and chairs are. That was correct. However when we arrived after a long drive, I saw a security box on the left, similar to the one we had in Albury. I tried to use the security number given to me, but could not open the security box. We had to ask a passing person who lives in the complex, and he showed us the other box. I think in the instructions, to take into account unintelligent people such as myself, that it should be made clear that there are two security boxes, but it is the one on the right that is the one that will have the key. Again, otherwise, the property was great and I would stay again.

Love the apartment and location was great. They only thing that bothered us was the tenant noise and the road noise. Unfortunately nothing can be done about that otherwise a great stay.

The apartment had everything we needed. Clean and provided alot more than we expected. Close to city, attractions, food, travel services. Would highly recommend.

Canberra short trip

Property was in a great location and we were able to walk everywhere. Instructions were easy to follow. Unfortunately when we arrived the property had not been cleaned due to an oversight however this was quickly rectified when we contacted the owner. Would recommend and would stay here again when in Canberra.

Very convenient position

Very handy to Civic. Generally well set up in terms of Kitchenette etc. let down by poor sequence of instructions on arrival leaving us to waste about 3/4 hour to try to get in and get our belongings and towels in very poor condition . People in place very helpful and pleasant assisted us. Could do with owner running an eye over things eg at least 4 cups were chipped, scrapper in kitchen melted.

Location is Awesome

Chose those venue for its location near Braddon cafe scene and north side of the lake close to the Canberra run festival location on the south side. Loved this apartment. Would return without hesitation
