One lanai faces the bay — that's where the sunrise happens. The other faces the Gulf — that's where the sunset happens. Coquina Moorings 203 sits at the southernmost point of Anna Maria Island, giving it a position no other unit in the complex can claim: the Gulf beach is directly across the street, Anna Maria Sound is out the back, and Longboat Pass — the gateway to open Gulf and Sarasota Bay — is one mile away by boat.
For guests who come to fish or boat, this is the address on the island. The shared dock puts you five minutes from the boat ramp by water. NO on-site boat trailer parking available. The dual waterfront position means you're oriented toward both sides of the island simultaneously — bay mornings, Gulf evenings, and everything in between.
The screened lanai off the living room and master bedroom overlooks the bay and the heated pool. Sit here in the morning while the light comes up over the water. The second lanai off the guest bedroom faces the Gulf — perfectly positioned for the evening. Guests tend to migrate between the two depending on the time of day.
Inside, the unit sleeps six. The master has a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The den has a double bed — a proper sleeping space rather than a sofa bed, which matters for a third couple or family guests who need a real bed. Two full bathrooms keep the mornings manageable.
The kitchen is fully equipped for meals at home with top-of-the-line appliances. High-speed WiFi throughout. The Gulf beach is directly across the street. The free Anna Maria Island trolley stops nearby for exploring the full length of the island without moving your car.
Coquina Moorings 203 requires a one-week minimum stay with parking for one vehicle. Not pet-friendly. NO on-site boat trailer parking available.
*Final payments are due 60 days prior to arrival payable by personal check or Echeck (which will incur a $1.00 processing fee) we do take credit cards for final payment with a 3% fee on the balance due.

This was an exceptional unit. Very clean and it must have been updated beautifully. Really nice kitchen with a large island. It had comfortable beds and a beautiful balcony area overlooking the pool and bay. Also Java great beach view from the front room with two nice chairs at the window for a great beach view. Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at 203 during the week of Thanksgiving! It was exactly as described and promised. Great location, easy check-in, beautiful condo. Tastefully decorated with nice furniture and modern appliances. We loved the front and back water views. Sunrise in the morning, sunset at night. Perfect! Saw a view manatees and dolphins on the back side. Easy walking distance to Bridge Street restaurants, bars and shopping. Would highly recommend this condo. We had a fabulous stay and even extended it one day to avoid traveling during a winter blizzard back home. Thank you for our enjoyable stay!

When you're looking for the perfect location for your next beach trip, look no further than Coquina Moorings 203. With gorgeous views of both the bay and the ocean, top of the line appliances, a well-appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, and plenty of space for a family of 6, there's no place better to stay. Located directly across the street from Lifeguard Tower 4, it's an easy walk to the beach with the provided beach wagon, chairs, and other beach items. It's also a quick walk to restaurants, bars, and ICE CREAM.We were very happy with our stay and know future guests should have no qualms about booking for their family/friends/or otherwise getaway to AMI/LBK!
