A two-minute walk to the beach and steps away from the Bay, Sandy Toes at Bay Watch is perfect for a quiet romantic getaway, a fun family vacation, or a peaceful relaxing winter escape in the sun. Within a 10 minute walk to many restaurants, shops, and the pier on Bridge Street in Bradenton Beach, this 2-bedroom 2-bathroom first floor condo has all you need for a fun and relaxing time on peaceful Anna Maria Island.

Two private open lanais offers access to a very spacious 132 sq. ft. of balcony space.
The south balcony is attached to the main bedroom overlooking the pool. The north balcony is attached to the family room with a bay view & partial beach/gulf view.

NO CAR NEEDED! Leave your car in one of the two reserved, covered parking spaces and walk or take the free trolley up and down the Island. There is a convenient free trolley stop right at Gulf Drive.

Included are 4 beach chairs, a beach carry cart, beach/pool towels, beach cooler & plenty of beach and sand toys for the kids.

Do you have a boat! Boats are permitted to be moored and docked at the Bay Watch dock. This is complimentary and at no charge. However, parking/storing boat trailers are not permitted on the property.

This property includes the large, community heated freshwater pool with a shower and restrooms, as well as a private pier/dock for fishing or relaxing within steps of your unit. It's a great place to watch the sun rise before heading for the beach!

Walk or take the free trolley up and down the Island exploring sunny beaches, restaurants, watering holes, and musical entertainment. Pharmacies & grocery stores are on the island (Instacart delivery is available from Publix grocery store). Unit is located a leisurely 10 minute walk from the famous Bridge Street shopping/restaurant area which also includes mini golf, ice cream, gourmet donuts and more.

Numerous golf courses, many of which are 5-star, are nearby such as Bradenton Country Club, Timber Creek Golf Course, Manatee County Golf Course, IMG Academy Golf Club, Pinebrook Ironwood Golf Club, and Legacy Golf Club – Lakewood Ranch.

What a Wonderful stay - the condo had all we could ask for from pots pans to beach chairs and cool bags for the beach. It is in a perfect location for beach, restaurants and walkable to bridge street area. The pool is very clean and the added addition of a fishing dock was a great plus for our family. Thank you both for a fabulous week, we will return.

Great access to the beach and a convenient location. The trolley stop was close and super easy to use. The condo was large and clean and very well equipped with plenty of towels and bedding and kitchenware. We loved our stay! Thank you!

Myself and my partner (his first time visiting the island) stayed for 11 nights. We had the best trip ever. The apartment was literally perfect. So clean, well stocked and felt like such a homey place to spend our vacation. I cannot fault a thing, the hosts are so good at communication and have been since I booked. The pool was so lovely. Everywhere was so clean and calm and just perfect. I would recommend this to anyone and will 100% return. I do not have one bad thing to say. The location on the island is the best. I am so thankful for being able to stay here and I hope everyone gets to experience this condo too. Thank you again!

Views to the ocean and the bay were exactly as described. Very clean and spacious and walking distance to everything. Pool was good size with lots of outdoor seating. Host provided pretty much everything you needed for your stay.

Close to everything.. beach, bars, restaurants.. walked to Cortez and had a wonderful dinner. Had everything you need to cook in. Lots of beach towels and chairs which we appreciated because we kept two in the car and two for the beach close by. place was clean and quiet even on the weekends. Loved having coffee in the morning on the bay and the sunset at the beach .. can’t ask for more then that

Such a great spot! I went with my three teenage boys, the dock right out the back door was great for fishing after spending the day on the beach which was right across the road. Very clean, lots of room for all of us and comfy. Check in was super easy. The hosts were very quick to answer any questions I had and very easy to work with. We will 100% be returning.

Excellent Stay

The Bay Watch was amazing. Excellent located in the middle of the island. We were able to see the sunrise and sunset from this location. Very close to Bridge st and other areas of interest. . The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of beach accessories. Would 100% stay again.

Property was on the bay with short walk to beach, trolley stop, and @ 15 minute walk to Bridge Street. You could see both the bay and ocean from the deck. Quiet location.

Relaxing getaway

The condo was great! Close to restaurants and shops and Anna Maria island was so beautiful. We brought our bikes and explored the whole island. Really enjoyed our stay! Dan was very responsive as well. Can’t wait to come back:)

Great week !!!

Unit was just as advertised. Short walk to the beach. Adequately stocked with everything we needed including beach chair and wagon. Very close to trolley stop.
