Welcome to a modern home away from your home nestled between the mountains with scenic views. This brand new 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom ground floor suite offers all comforts for families on a vacation or for people on a work trip. Guest suite is located on ground floor & we are staying on first floor. Our guest suite has separate private entry. Entry is through the right side of the house with secure passcode. Backyard , Driveway and patio accessible top the guest. High 9ft ceiling, 2 bedroom 1 bath suite. As you step inside, you will find the living area with smart TV set and ample natural light through large windows. The fully equipped kitchen boasts new stainless steel appliances which includes (a dishwasher, fridge, Cooking range, Microwave, toaster, )and a coffee machine. New dedicated Washer dryer and Hair Dryer available for use in the suite. Dedicated small workspace with 300MBPS high speed internet access. Close to (Sumas Way, US and Mission). Completely Self contained suite with no shared air ducts each room has own base board heat control. Patio and Backyard are accessible to the guests. Near By you will find -7eleven Supermarket, Choices Super Market, Gas Station, Pizza stores (Panago, J's Pizza), Japanese Restaurant, Greek Restaurant

Enjoyed our spacious 2 bedroom suite. Very close to Joyce food market and only a 20 minute walk to downtown… Will definitely stay again.

Good Stay… Once You Get Inside

We had a very nice two day, two night stay as part of a Canadian vacation. We visited friends in Abbotsford and this is a convenient location to most things in and around town. Much of the unit’s furniture is newer, and the kitchen seemed fairly well stocked. Cleanliness inside looked as though there had not been any real recent deep cleaning, unfortunately. We found empty ant traps that were depleted. Also, the bathroom rugs could use a wash or replacement. Now for the appearance outside. While this is not a VRBO category, we were quite surprised that the property’s exterior is in sad disrepair. From a rickety fence gate to abundant weeds and dirty walkways, the first impression one gets is that nobody inhabits the main part but of the house.

Accurate Description

Everything was good. Would recommend a second mirror in 2nd bedroom and sheets with duvet would be nice on the beds - not used to just a duvet. Close to ammenities and major road ways.

We were in Abbotsford for a wedding and found the perfect location to stay. The home and neighbourhood were quiet, but minutes away from shopping etc. The suite had everything we needed for a great stay!

Visit for my cousin’s wedding

Great location close to my cousin’s home and wedding. My dad and I stayed and it was nice having our own rooms. I needed a desk to do homework and it was great to have high speed internet. The kitchen was well equipped and the coffee/tea station was nice. The walls are a bit thin and you can hear people walking and talking upstairs but it wasn’t a bother to us at all.

Quiet, convenient, with easy TransCanada access

We chose the Mountain View VRBO because it had easy access to BC-11 for visiting Mission and to the TransCanada (Hwy 1) for visiting New Westminster, Langley, Coquitlam and Chilliwack. There was no highway noise. There is no mountain view from the windows of the apartment, but great views can be had by walking around the block. A portion of the Discovery Trail is within 2Km and allowed us to walk to the Willband Creek Park for exercise and to walk to the small market at the corner. The spacious ground floor apartment had everything we needed for our stay -- even a Keurig coffee machine and pods. The bed was firm and comfortable. We always take off our shoes when entering a home, but the area carpets had stains from other guests. We would rather have had no carpets. Other than the carpets, the apartment, furniture, appliances, bedding and towels were very clean.
