Miro Beach House is a quintessential kiwi bach right next the white sands and lapping waves of picturesque palm beach.
Accommodating up to 6 guests, with three bedrooms a good-sized family bathroom and open plan living area, this is perfect for a family holiday.
The house is set on a large flat section right next to the beach a real rarity on Waiheke. The flat lawn is the perfect place to play games and there is enough room to park your boat and vehicles.
The section is also fully fenced and the property is pet friendly, so you can bring your furry friend with you.
The living area of the house is all on the upper level, with a large deck complete with BBQ area and seating for up to 6 diners. With views of the ocean and the sound of the waves from the ocean just 50 metres away this is a relaxing place to while away the hours.
The indoor space comprises a comfortable lounge, separate dining area and a newly installed kitchen with full sized fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven and hob and coffee maker. You have everything you need to whip up a gourmet meal and enjoy time together playing games, watching movies or listening to music.
The newly installed family bathroom has a large, fully tiled shower with rain head and there is a separate toilet area. A laundry space with washing machine, dryer and additional bar fridge is also provided.
The bedrooms are all comfortable sizes, the master has a queen sized bed, bedroom 2 has a double and bedroom three has two singles which can be joined to form a king bed if required. All mattresses are new, pillow top mattresses and are supremely comfortable. The beds are made up with luxury linens and large fluffy bath towels are provided for every guest.
High-speed internet, Bluetooth speaker and a smart TV are provided for your entertainment and there are numerous books and magazines to read.
This classic bach has been in the same family for many years and has been lovingly maintained and renovated by the owner. It maintains its original charm, but has all the modern features required to enjoy a stress free break away.
Please note that a small stream flows through the section, which is a lovely feature but you will need to keep an eye on any children in the group to ensure their safety. The upper deck to the house is gated to prevent pets or young children escaping.
