We are located on the beautiful Hoopers Bay Beach.
You will stay in your own cottage just a few steps away from the amazing Hoopers Bay Beach.
You have your private and direct access to the beach.
Enjoy the wrap around veranda with comfortable furniture, so you can relax after a day swimming.
The 1,000 square foot cottage is newly furnished and a king-sized bed and a queen sized bed are provided.
To make sure you stay up-to-date, we have just installed high-speed StarLink Internet.

Another great stay!

This was our second time staying here and it was as great as the first! The house is clean, comfortable and well maintained. Great location. Highly recommend and would definitely come back again!

Great stay!

Great location mid island. Nice to have a whole house with a porch. Enjoyed one floor living. Well equipped with great a/c, new washer and dryer and dishwasher. Close to Hoopers Bay beach and a pool.

Great place to stay on Exuma

The owners are very friendly and helpful. The house was very nice and clean. It was an easy walk to the beautiful Hoopers bay beach. The house was very conveniently located a short drive away from stores and restaurants. I highly recommend staying at the pink or turqoise houses

A week on Exuma at the Pink Cottage

Had a wonderful time on Exuma in the Pink Cottage. Location is excellent on the island and the property was in great shape with absolutely no issues or complaints. Communication with the property manager was quick and easy, he responded quickly to any questions we had. Bed was comfortable and a/c, and all appliances worked perfectly! Highly recommend!

Great place!

We had a great stay at The Pink. The house is well equipped and very clean. Close to the pool and Hopper’s Bay beach. Best location on the island. I want to thank Cameron for being such a great host. We arrived late due to a delayed flight and Cameron helped us to buy groceries at Smitty’s. On the last day our flight was canceled and he was also very helpful so we could book one more night. I would highly recommend it!

super place to stay

Thanks Cameron, It was great to be back on exuma and your place was wonderful, spacious, clean, close to every thing and a shout out to having netflixs, prime, disney etc on the tv. Txs to Gabby for the lobster and grouper! Will bring you a garlic press the next time I visit. The beach was still as beautiful as I remember it and of course you can't beat the incredible exuma hospitality. Thanks so much Anna and Justan

Updated, modern, large cottage near town

We had a wonderful stay at the Pink Cottage. The living room and dining area is open and very large with a huge kitchen with everything you need. It looks brand new and was super clean! The pool is a short walk down the path and the beach is just beyond that. The beach is perfect for swimming and relaxing. The beach is only accessible by those that live on the bay so it was very quiet. The pool is refreshing and partly shaded which was a nice benefit in the afternoons. It's a 5 min drive to Georgetown. I would recommend renting a car as the island is fun to explore (Airport Car Rental). Highly recommend renting a boat from Minns to explore the bay one day on your own and a fast boat tour with Robert's Island Adventures.

Stay at the Pink!

We stayed at The Pink House for 2 weeks and it was everything and more. Hosts Cameron and Ava were gracious and accommodating. They met us at the house for checkin and walked us through everything we needed to know. They were available for any questions and for anything that we needed throughout our stay.There is a welcome booklet with lots of useful info about what to see , do where to eat etc. The house was spotlessly clean and even better than the picture shown on site. The kitchen has everything you need and hosts provided a blender on request so we could make frozen drinks! The coffee maker is a drip style and we recommend bringing your own coffee which we did as it is expensive to buy on the island with limited choice. The internet ( starlink ) was very good no issues at all. The TV has access to Netflix, Prime TV etc if you have an account. There are ceiling fans and Ac so we were comfortably cool when back at the house . The location is amazing right in the centre of the island so had access to everywhere very easily and only a five minute drive into town. There were beach chairs, umbrellas available to use and they came in very handy for all the beaches we . We did a full day tour with Robert’s Island adventures which was amazing and we highly recommend booking with themWe highly recommend staying at the Pink house, you will not regret it! We have stayed at several rental properties over the years and this is by far our favourite !
