If you are a Wellfleetian at heart, you will love this bright and comfortable two-bedroom condo close to all your favorite spots including town center, the town pier, Mayo Beach and Uncle Tim's Bridge. This two-story nicely furnished unit sleeps four.

The first floor has a cozy living room with comfortable seating and a flat screen smart TV with Sling TV (40+ cable channels) and Roku (stream additional content with your own accounts). There is one bedroom on this floor with a queen bed and a bathroom with a tub/shower.

The second floor has a nicely-equipped eat-in kitchen with a solid surface range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and drip coffeemaker. The second bedroom, with full (double bed), is on this floor. There is also a second bathroom with a shower.

Conveniently located in-unit stacked washer/dryer in closet in living room. Card table for games and puzzles on first floor.

Stroll to the pier and watch the fishing and pleasure boats come in and out of the harbor. Continue on to Mayo Beach for swimming, lounging and beachcombing. **** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
